I would love to be able to change this review but as it stands now, I bought (so prepaid for their sevices) their Groupon for gutter cleaning and have called 3x"s since 5/19/23 to try to schedule it and still have not recived a phone call back.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Just horrible. They took our money after requiring payment upfront since we wouldn't be home for the cleaning. Now after weeks, no cleaning has been done. We've left several messages, but no response now. What a joke. Thieves. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Still not sure if this is a legitimate company or a scam. Every communication from this company is from a different cell phone number and when I called one of the numbers, someone who didn't speak English answered the phone briefly and then hung up. No one has ever bothered to call me back. Still waiting on getting a refund for work that was never performed that we were charged for. Every day that they have offered to clean gutters is a day with 100% chance of rain (so no one is able to come out and they have to "reschedule"). If I ever get a refund, I may update this to a 2 star review, but at this point that is doubtful. I'd recommend against anyone using this company.

Who is this. I have no idea who this is. I dont think you have the right company. I dont have any open disputes or an invoice for you anywhere. If you send me your name I can look into it some more. <br><br>We have tried to located this person and have had no luck.... Wish the best to them.
