I wish I had called Critter Removal years ago! Living near a park, we had both raccoons and possums getting into the eaves of our home. We tried so many things to get rid of them and deter them. Critter removal was the answer!

A few months ago, I walked into my upstairs storage closet and discovered insulation scattered all over the floor. As I looked closer, I found walnuts. That’s when I knew immediately the squirrels had made their way into the attic. They had taken up residence in my detached garage the previous summer and were humanely ushered out, so I suppose they were just looking for a new home! As a devoted animal lover and supporter, it was very important to me to find a company that would address the issue humanely and not harm the animals. That’s when I found Critter Removal Indianapolis. From my very first contact, they were professional, personable, and extremely thorough in explaining their services and pricing. I immediately hired them and I can honestly say they have to be one of the best in the city. Throughout the entire process, they quietly monitored the situation and kept me updated in a timely and reassuring manner. Their approach is thoughtful and humane, which meant everything to me. Upon completion, they honored my request to text me when the work was done and to let me know the invoice had been emailed (I get so much spam and didn’t want to miss it!). That level of attentiveness says so much about their customer care. The technicians were professional and respectful, and the home office communication was absolutely spot-on. I truly hope you never have attic critters but if you do, Critter Removal Indianapolis is the company to call. Humane, professional, and exceptional service from start to finish.

I had a squirrel get in my attic and get itself trapped under some stairs. Critter removal was very helpful in getting it out of the attic and also making sure nothing else could get back in. And since almost all work was done outside of the house, I didn't constantly need to change my schedule to be home. Definitely recommend as they are kind, quick and professional.

Dalton W. came and checked our home for mice/rats. We were previously quoted over 17,000 from Orkin to remove our insulation and take care of our “rat infestation” problem (in our less than 2 yr old home). Fast forward to today - we were told we have MICE, not rats - and we don’t need anything but a roughly 2,000 job done to help remove any remaining mice and treat our home. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! So incredibly professional - clearly cares about his customers and genuinely wants to help - very knowledgeable. Beyond impressed with this company and their integrity. THANK YOU DALTON!!!

Mike and Zak were very professional and knowledgeable of my issue, a squirrel that chewed through some siding above my roofline and was making a home in my attic space. After spending an hour to check all around my home they found the entry point, installed a one-way door so the animal could get out but not back into the attic, and then secured the entry with a metal strip so the squirrel won’t get back in. ——————————— Squirrels found a new entry into our home in November 2025. Jarod was persistent coming out nearly every day finding several entry points. Ultimately the holes were sealed and problem solved.

Critter Removal saved the day (mostly nights sleep) All I have is great things to say about Critter Removal Indianapolis! They came, they saw, they solved our raccoon in the attic problem! I have faith that if we have a problem like this again, my first call would be to Critter Removal!!

Great company. They do exactly as promised. They laid out the plan for us with the exact pricing, stuck to it and eliminated our animal problem. Dalton was our tech and he was on point. Dalton communicated with us every step of the way. His work is top notch and very professional. When you call them ask for Dalton by name and you won't be disappointed.

Hannah and the team spent alot of time patching the entry points. Several trips out - they were committed. They were able to keep the squirrel out for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, she chewed back in and continued to do more damage to our home. Since Critter Control doesn't trap and remove we were left to find another outfit to finish the job. Paid Critter Control a small fortune and we were still not rid of the "Critter".

We called with an emergency situation with a live animal that had chewed a hole to get out of a wall into our house. I called twice and the operator said they would call us back immediately. No one called so their 24/7 advertisement is false Advertising. I finally did get a text at 9 am the next morning saying they could come out Friday. Do not use this company for emergency services or believe the open 24/7 hours. If you can wait several days then I would use them.

We had a guy come out to check on the scratching in our crawl space. He told us it was a raccoon but that it was gone. We were charged like $180 just for that and the scratching started again that same night. We had to have somebody else resolve the situation so it was $180 just wasted. Would have loved to get our money back since this company did nothing to solve the problem - just went under our crawl space for 5 minutes and charged us an automatic $180 minimum. EDIT / UPDATE: Shortly after posting this, the owner did contact me to hear more about the experience and issued a full refund. I certainly appreciate that they were willing to talk to us about it further and resolve the situation.

As far as the raccoons go they were able to remove them. Unfortunately they also broke a gutter off when clibiming on roof and also exaggerated issues that were going on in my attic, trying to take advantage of the fear that I was currently in with having raccoons stating that I had a colony of bats in my attic and letting me know how much it was going to cost for them to do it asking me to sign that day. I did not because I didn’t have the money to do so. Now having the attic investigated prior to removal by the DNR, there was no proof of any bats whatsoever nor was there piles of feces as they had stated. Seems rather criminal to me but the raccoon removal was completed.

I gave them a call and they never returned my call. So I went with my normal pest control guy Larry’s Pest control and he was great! Thanks for not Answering your call it worked out great for me

Didn't show up the for the first scheduled inspection, showed up for the second and did inspection. Told me to expect to hear back via email about course of treatment, cost, and to schedule but I never heard from them again.
