I just had this company waterproof my basement and they are wonderful!! Wonderful work guys..

Twelve years ago, I contracted ACCA for the waterproofing of my basement, paying approximately $12,000 for the service. Presently, noticeable large cracks have appeared on the basement walls, along with significant bowing. Despite Joe, the owner, personally inspecting the walls and promising to follow up, he has since ignored all subsequent calls, leaving the matter unaddressed. With some reservation, I retained the services of Healthy Spaces, a competitor, to install metal braces aimed at preventing further wall degradation. The contract with Healthy Spaces totaled $17,000. During this process, a pronounced accumulation of compacted mud was observed within half of the basement's Water Guard, obstructing the intended flow to the sump pump. Furthermore, it has come to light that the rectification of the Water Guard system necessitates an additional investment ranging from $5,000 to $10,000. Despite repeated attempts, including photographic documentation and multiple phone calls, ACCA has consistently declined to address the matter. In my assessment, ACCA Basement Systems is demonstrating a concerning pattern of soliciting upfront payments from homeowners without demonstrating a corresponding commitment to the quality and durability of their product.

Great company to work with. They repaired our crawl space ten years ago before we bought the house. It has remained totally dry since then. We have them check on it yearly for $100, which is well worth it. They fix anything that happens at no charge.

Joe (Owner) and his team did an excellent job waterproofing. The crew was very respectful and minimized the disruption and dust. I was surprised that I didn’t have to clean the main house. The basement has taken a beating since the finished with rain daily. I’m glad to say it’s been dry with no signs of moisture.

Joe quickly determined the cause of our leaky basement and offered an affordable remedy. His crew was careful, efficient, and pleasant to have on the job. They took pains to minimize any disruption and they completed the job in two days. Evansville is experiencing record rainfall this year, and our basement is completely dry.
