We signed contracts for 3 properties and paid about $4,000 down and set up auto pay. They have not taken any payments out, but are billing for thousands more. Do not under any circumstances use this company! After being in contract with them for a year and telling them not to renew my services they proceeded to bill me 4 months later for $180 in September for services supposedly rendered in June. When I called customer service they informed me that shouldn’t have happened because my account was not set up to be renewed and that they would credit my card back for that amount. 2 weeks later I still didn’t have my money back so I called again. Olivia is great. She is prompt, friendly and very thorough. She is the ONLY reason I am still with Terminix. When is came time to renew my contract, the amount of your invoice was considerably higher than the renewal amount indicated on my contract. The branch manager did not return my calls.
