We have used Arrow for many years now (over 20?). They have always been fantastic to work with, and we would not consider any other company. I have NEVER seen a bug with our monthly "bug contract" with Arrow, and the couple of mice we have had over the years were quickly taken care of (never to return). Jerry has been servicing my house quarterly for 10 years. He is the best. Friendly and does a great job. I have have never had any problems with insects or bugs or mice until this year. In February I had a clover mite infestation and Derrick was wonderful. He came out 4 times to spray and called continuously until the problem was resolved.
