I it's been a year since I was bamboozled by this company still, haven't forgot about you. Let me give you an update. Since then I just realize the best option was to do it yourself. A fault chemicals It's actually the best route I actually share some one of my posts. Nope, not it, but I'll tell you something that was and it was a lot cheaper. Trying out chemicals ever was.. And it only cost me around 250 dollars Google search "Steam Cleaner for Bed Bugs - Get Rid of Bed Bugs in 7 Days" Doesn't have to be necessarily that steamer. You can probably find 1A little cheaper. But among that type about 2, they both work perfectly fine to cure the problem in less than 7 days. Actually, and I haven't had a problem since save yourself. The $1000 I swear by this Method, steam your cracks and crevices yourself. Save yourself from getting ripped off by this company, steam will kill... With all the accessories it comes with you can do your carpets. You can deep steam the whole bed.. I found that that was like the cheapest solution in the most miraculous solution. I ever found that is the one thing I wish I would have known before I ever call the exterminator now, you know, it's not chemicals, it's not the exterminator it's just the steamer A pressurized steamer Again, I just hope I can take some money out of their pocket.. Know the chemicals I put in a pictures of the other response that was me with the bed bugs in the ear... Doesn't happen anymore. The steamer took care of the problem bed. Bug free for 6 month and they had nothing to do with it, and they got a $1000 out of me. Don't let them rip you off( i'm going to say this. I could keep the steamer by my bed though. And I did spray my bed with the steamer probably once a week. Not because I'm getting bit. Just because I don't ever want the problem again. But I haven't been bit either, so I don't know if the problem still exists. But one thing's for sure, they're not biting me on my bed, that steam does kill them. Trying to give you the easy, cheap way out. I've done the experiment for you, so you don't have to.. I went through the year and a 1/2 of pain. .. Dealing with these things They say what experience and in wisdom makes the difference.. when it comes to bed bugs and you wanna save that money? Use that experience and wisdom I beg of you. you won't go wrong with the steamer, trust me?) 'm gonna say just buy a steamer. I used exterminators, they robbed me cuz.They had a guarantee you didn't fulfill through obligation( spent a 1000 dollars.. (Mcmahon exterminating) i use chemicals didn't work.( spent about three or four hundred ) Finally bought a steamer They're aboutb two hundred dollars online. Used it on my bed and every crack and crevice and haven't had a problem since Save yourself the money and just go herr first off.... Not necessarily the steamer, but just the steamer. As long as it produces the steam like this. I bought two different completely kinds of steamers, and they both work perfectly

Mr Charles since I can't reply back to you and I don't mean to really put this review out because I don't want to but you literally just lied about the things you did .. you did not conduct multiple inspections you conduct it one in November I got sprayed in March you came back and conducted the next one and I had bed bugs you can say I didn't but I did.. I had to get rid of them with high yield because I was getting bit by bed bugs y'all wouldn't come and do anything for it do not lie and try to say that you did more than you did you didn't I reached out to you April that's when you came and did the bed bug inspection I reached out to you in May June I supplied pictures to the entomologist of the actual bed bugs in a container and I still got that container after I gave the entomologist those pill containers or valils.. I had to take care of the problem myself with hi yield indoor outdoor insecticide.. first inspection wasn't November I set the appointment up for March You're correct I waited a month.. I have bed bugs then in April when y'all did the inspection.. if I would have waited 2 weeks it would have made a difference cuz they would have been they're in April anyway when they did the inspection would never matter.. your business did not do the thing their job. you stole my money. You did not honor your guarantee... do not lie on a response to a review because it just makes me have to come back and give another review I didn't want to do that to you . keep it real that way your customers don't have to give you multiple reviews I don't want to do that.... But you're not going to give a response to me and straight up lie about the things you did to make yourself look better no you did not do a lot of the things you said you did One thing is you did not honor your agreement because I had to take care of the problem myself... With high yield indoor outdoor insecticide why did I have to get that if you took care of the problem .. I wouldn't even known about that stuff if it wasn't for your company's negligence and lack of concern for what was going on with me because I would never have had to go to another entomologist and he gave me the solution.. you made me pay up front so you can steal my money Don't lie your company's a rip off Do not lie on me I don't know if you did tell my landlord that they could enter but they never did enter until they went to court and the court said they had to enter.. Do not lie I'm not going to review again but the fact that you lied about what you did to try to make yourself look better that's just shows the type of company you really are you could have just fixed the problem in the first place and an honored your contract Honor your agreement you would not have got a bad review you stole my money your thieves.. those pictures were because of bed bugs that were biting me and I sent to your etymologist Edit January 26th 2025 I'm gonna say just buy a steamer. Major scam. They don't even spray the entire apartment building on the same day. They do one or two floors in multiple buildings each week rather than all the floors of one building each week. Apparently, neither the exterminator, nor a single employee in the entire history of EHA, has ever actually treated a cocroach infestation. I wonder if they have a suggestion box?

I recieved this notice on my door over a week ago. I live in an apartment complex and the unit above mine has roaches apparently and thereby I have noticed one or two so the service itself would have been welcome.HOWEVER, not only did they schedule this themselves for the day before Thanksgiving, there's also not even a time frame much less in approximate time that they might show up on this paper. As well as the fact that I would have needed to leave for 4 to 6 hours post treatment with three animals a child out of school and no vehicle. That being said I still the day before Thanksgiving emptied my entire kitchen of everything in it as per the instructions though vague on this particular notice on my door only for them not to call or show up at all today. Extremely unprofessional I hope that the complex goes with other exterminators from this point on and I hope that anyone else that reads these reviews chooses someone else as well they don't value your time. My tech was on location last Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The apartments maintenance staff told our tech that notices had not gone out and that we would need to reschedule until the following week. This was confirmed by the manager this morning. As you can see we were simply following instructions. We do not place notices on doors, the management staff at you complex does that. My team will not go into any units without authorization to do so. When they asked us to reschedule we did just that assuming that notices had not gone out just as they said. The management team is going to reach out to you to explain what happened. One quick question, you have our phone number right there on the posting. When no one had arrived at your place by say, noon, why didn't you pick up the phone to ask when someone might be arriving? That would have remedied this issue right away. I do hope you will consider removing or amending your review. I would be grateful. Reviews are important to all small business and 1 star reviews are important when warranted. I was going to write a detailed review character limit so I'm going to hit the main details... First they lied to me about flipping my couch I left a piece of straw paper there on the couch The straw paper was there when I came back he said he flipped it it would have been on the ground.he didn't spray my couch the first time second time he came back show them straw paper on the couch give me an attitude he said he'll spray down real good for me okay.. canine inspection cost $100 didn't mind it but she didn't use the canine, she used the eye test . She saw it and said we'll set you up.. well my bed bugs came back after they treated me and she came back and canine inspection and this time we used the canine.. they said the canine didn't hit well I didn't see it hit the first time so who knows if it did or not but I did have them on my bed now my showed her, she says those aren't bed bugs although first time they was she said they're crumbs Because they guarantee that they would take care of the problem. in April May June. I called them monthly wrote emails because I was getting bit by bed bugs and they refuse to come and treat my apt or honor the guarantee, took pictures of the bed bugs and they said they're not bed bugs. they're etymologist said I had a medical problem not a bug problem although I was showing him all these bed bugs bites and everything... Cost me $800or $900 with the canine inspection. they made me pay up front for rescheduling so many times although they never said there was a penalty for doing it they said feel free to do it. I was going to pay up for it anyway.. The fact that they took my money up front and wouldn't honor the guarantee shows that they were just wanted to steal my money.. they don't let you watch them spray, so you don't even know if he sprayed because like I say they came back within a month .. I finally went to another etymologist and he said try this. he wasn't affiliated with them and this is the best stuff I've ever used it took care of the problem and it only cost me $23 Hi-yield indoor/ outdoor It has the main active ingredient used to kill bed bugs.. put in spray bottle add some water .. spray my bed, spray my walls crevices, cracks, furniture and all and within I say two days I wasn't getting bit anymore.. spray it again within probably a week or two I've been bed bug free for over a month still not getting bit.. still got a lot in that container over half a bottle left (on a 32 oz) it's concentrated pesticide so it goes far. I know I got cheated by them and I don't want anybody else to ever have to get cheated by them again.. it's an expensive treatment so I will gladly tell you a secret that can save you thousands(and the problem still not go away) so they don't rip you off as well..if I could take a picture of The product I would but I can't so I gave you the name of it.. it has strong fumes so you do want to leave your windows open but it does kill them and I would rather give you that secret and tell you there's a much cheaper way than paying starting off at $800 because this was a small apartment one bedroom then you get taken advantage of and they steal your money. I wish I would have known about this before but you live you learn . Hope this will save you money in the future..Google the product you will see it has the active ingredient. ordered online got it overnight. I end up paying $23 to get it overnighted. so I paid the price of the chemical to get overnighted so around $50.. the best $50 ever spent because I've had relief since the day I've got it Yes I'm a disgruntled bclient and that's why I'm telling you what I used and what took care of the problem because I hope that I can take business away from them because they cheated me and ripped me off . The inspection Lady tell me their family owned and they're good people no they're not they will rip you off there was nothing good about them and if this can save you $775 and you don't have to use them.. I think I did a great thing because they don't honor their contract they don't honor their guarantee..

Dear Nick,<br>Thank you for your review.. We always want our customers to be happy with our service.<br>Our records show that we conducted a bed bug canine inspection for you in November of 2023. It wasn't until March of 2024 that you actually had us do treatment. You rescheduled your canine final inspection for almost a month. Finally allowing us to get into the unit to make sure you were bed bug free. Those inspection notes show that you have no bed bug odor present in April of 2024. At your request our entomologist met with you one week later to pick up a vial that you stated contained bed bugs. During his investigation of the contents within the vial he found there to be no insects within the vial. We did not hear from you again until June via email and voicemail. I emailed you back letting you know that our canine handler along with our entomologist both confirmed that you did not have bed bugs inside your apartment. The vial you presented to our entomologist and the photos you submitted via email were not that of bed bugs. Out of concern for you we conducted multiple inspections for you and every time the result was the same. No bed bugs. We offer a bed bug extermination service, and we have completed this service for you by providing appropriate treatment and inspection services for bed bugs. Not a good payment experience. Received one email about 8 months ago (not uncommon to not see the occasional email. I didn’t even know I got this email until something came in the mail that I was sent to collections) that I overlooked & my account was past due. Which is funny because I have a credit card on file & then received a letter in the mail that the account was sent to collections. Not one phone call received to resolve a simple issue that would take 30 seconds to fix & update. Jill said it’s not their practice to call, but to send letters in the mail. Which I thought were receipts/ promotional so I just threw them away thinking nothing of it. Then the account was sent to collection, again without a simple phone call. Never thought anything of it as we don’t have big issues & I have it all on credit card on file, so I figured the job was just being done & didn’t think twice about it. But I guess it’s a lot to ask for for someone to just simply pick up the phone like a human being and call them. I would have been more than happy to give them a new card or update the card if something happened.

Conner,<br>Thank you for your review. I looked back at the account notes and you were called. A message was left with the phone number we have on file for you. The message was letting you know that you credit card on file had expired. We never heard back from you about that so after the initial call the next step is to email you an invoice that asks that you contact us to get your credit card information updated. After that correspondence you receive additional invoices letting you know that the account was not paid due to an expired credit card. After all of those correspondence you then receive a first, second and final notice that the account is delinquent and it subject to collections.<br><br> We have been trying to get your attention sir for 12 months. It was only after you received the collections notice that you then called us. I don't know what more we could have done. Please understand that many folks change phone numbers and service providers and don't always contact us to let us know that they have changed. So after the initial phone call with no response we do not continue to make calls, our next steps are email and US postal.<br><br>Sir when service is completed at your home a sign is left in the yard to let you know it had been done.You haven't had a sign in the yard for over a year sir. Also, I find it strange that that you never noticed that you weren't being billed for service on your credit card statement. You also admitted that you threw away the US postal correspondence you received thinking they were receipts, or just promotional in nature. <br><br>Your 1 star review is not warranted sir.<br><br> I stand by our policy. Called them for a full bug clean out in a duplex apartment initially and was told one price, told them I needed to consult with my landlord to get keys for them to access the back, called back a week later to set up appointment they raised the price went on ahead and scheduled services.. had they guy come out and take the estimate & once again the price went up again I paid $300 for a bug clean out & the back apartment was never touched continued to see bugs after the follow up appointment called within my 30 days got another “treat” 2 weeks later still have bugs crawling in my house, very unprofessional did not enjoy my experience and I’m highly unsatisfied..

An individual from McMahon showed up at our home unscheduled today. I was working from my home office and presenting so I could not answer the door so he proceeded to bang on the door until our daughter who was also interrupted from an online learning session came to answer it. He then did not ask permission and just barged in directing orders loudly about our dog. This is not essential work and unfortunately handled so we called to complain and were told this date for a check was on our last years invoice. We checked and it was not on the invoice from last year. Even if it was in these times this company needs to confirm appointment times and not just show up.
