Justin left my gate open and my dogs got out. I spent a whole hour looking for them. What kind of service would you give him. Don't ever send him back to my house.

Jon did a thorough inspection of my kitchen & pantry; applied a gel which should exterminate my ant problem; and explained what I should expect. Then told me to call in two weeks if the ant problem persists. This was a return visit covered by my quarterly service.

Been using Saela for years now on our farm or we would be overrun with spiders, mice and other creepy, crawly critters. Jason was our tech today. He has a great attitute, friendly and good with my dogs. He was clear with communication and made sure he was doing everything i wanted. Definitely recommend 👌

Edit to the Edit: The owner replied to my review only after I submitted complaints to the Idaho AG and BBB. I called the number supplied and it was the same phone tree as every other number. I was finally connected to an agent who connected me to a manager. This manager tried at least 4 times to get me to keep my service and offered me one free service despite me telling him that all I wanted was for this company to forget I exist. I finally received a cancellation notification, but the lengths I had to go through were excessive and ridiculous. After researching, I found that it is owned by Rollins which is a large company that also owns Orkin and many other pest control businesses. Edit to add: Three months after I called and cancelled they notified me that they would be servicing my property. I called customer service again and told them no, I cancelled and that any activity on my property will be considered trespassing and I will not be paying any further invoices from them. Again, I was told that customer service would call me back because only a manager cancel. Cancelling this service is harder than cancelling a gym membership. They are purposefully not calling people back in hopes that they'll just give up and allow the service to happen. If they do not call me back I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office for my state. This company has been nothing but upselling and aggressive sales tactics for nearly four years, I only kept using them because I didn't want to go through the process of finding a new company. Did whatever they spray keep the bugs away? Yes, which I appreciated. The technicians that had my account were nice and thorough. The sales pitches and constant upselling are what finally drove me away from this business. I get it, they want to make sales and make money, that is how business works. I've been in customer-driven business for 20 years. This is not the way to treat customers, build a rapport with them, or generate long term relationships with clients. I had to temporarily block their sales phone number because they called me four times in one week. They sent me a contract for mice and rats which I did not request and there was no communication that it was coming (I thought that it was a contract renewal or rate change and almost signed it). They also pushed extended services on me extensively in person, phone, and text even when I told them I was not interested in being upsold. They went so far as to text me to let me know they were ready to do the extended service that I had expressed interest in. When I told them I absolutely did not request that service they backtracked and said it was for another customer with the same name. In reality, they've been trying to gaslight me and pressure me into adding extra services that I don't want or need. How many people have they tricked into signing up for extra services that they didn't need/want? I don't appreciate companies that try to take advantage of their customers.

I was expecting them sat and was surprised to see a rep spraying my neighbors yard. I opened my gate expecting them to come here next but he finished my neighbor and left. Later I got notice to rate his performance. He did the wrong yard. I spent the morning trying to call them but just on hold.

Sorry Jerry. Our technicians are trained to talk with the customer to confirm the location. However, there are instances where the homeowner is not home and will still perform the service, Unfortunately it seems the tech mixed up the house. Happy to come by to service your correct home.
Cannot figure out how to invoice and bill according to the agreement. This is supposed to be a $40 per month contract, yet they have charged me $120 per month for the past three months without resolving the issue. I have called several times to have this corrected. At this point, I feel I need to have a new card issued because I do not trust their accounting practices.

Hi Brock. This is unfortunate. Our services are usually every other month or every quarter. Sounds like you are on the quarter 3 month plan. This may be the $120 charge. Please contact our support team to help straiten this out.
Trouble company to do busy with. Aggressive and tricky sales tactics. They sign you to length contacts and lie about it. Once my original contact was up I called to cancel and of course. They offered me a good deal for a limited time. I asked if it locked me into another time contact and they said NO. So when I called today to finally cancel they tell me Im under contract for the rest of the year. I told the Rep that is was I lie even though he said he can see it on his screen. I finally get to a Supervisor named Juan who tells me the same thing. So I said prove it. He went into an email sent to my wife extending the contract for another year, BUT IT WAS NEVER SIGNED BY HER.. So then like a time share presentation he keep trying to sell me. I finally said... I don't care if its free... Cancel my program now. Plus I asked why did the 1st Rep see in his system that I was still under contact for the year when in fact I was not..plus nothing was ever sign agreeing to it. THEY LIE TO TRY AND FORCE YOU TO STAY.

Salesman was nice but they will not cancel my agreement. They keep coming and billing me for each visit to my girlfriends house. All good until they starting showing up more often than what was agreed upon and sending bills for each visit when we signed up. I wonder if they are the reason my cats are getting sick? Filing bbb complaint

Be careful with this company. They will say one thing at the time of the sale and then lock you into a contract that you cant get out of unless you pay a hefty bill. Some of the worst business practices i've experienced. This is my first and only review bc I don't like to put businesses on blast like this, but they deserve it. Fix how you do contracts or be more clear when you sign people up.
If I could put negative stars I would. This company lied to us on multiple occasions. There was something about the salesman that came to my house that I didn’t trust and I should have listened to my gut. He quoted me $150 quarterly, told me my next payment wouldn’t be for 3 months, lie. They charged me $180 the next month. He rushed us through signing the 12 month contract without fully explaining the terms or anything to read before signing, just swiped up on the tablet while he grossly misquoted and clearly lied about certain terms. He told us we would have the whole yard sprayed, lie. That’s an extra service to have the lawn treatment. Can’t get a supervisor to call back and customer service can’t do anything, just says it was in the agreement we signed. We made the mistake of trusting a “professional” when in reality we got scammed by a scummy sales man.
***** two month update and I still have so much activity. This company will take your money and lock you into a contract but you will still have bugs! I’ve called three times to cancel my service, but each time, my request was ignored. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone repeatedly asking to cancel, but the representative kept trying to upsell me with discounts and alternative services. I made it clear—at least 10 times—that I simply wanted to cancel my account. I’ve already paid $300, yet my children and I are still experiencing nightly bites. Now I’m being told I have to pay an additional $300 just to cancel the contract, which is unacceptable. Eventually, I was told I needed to speak with a supervisor, but after being placed on hold for another 10 minutes, I gave up and hung up. In total, I spent 20 minutes on the call with no resolution. I’ve also reached out through email and live chat, only to be told that cancellation must be done over the phone—which clearly hasn’t worked. At this point, I just want my service canceled—no more delays, no more upselling. Please process this cancellation immediately.
First of all I’m not pleased with the high pressure sales performance of David Buckner and the fact that he claimed that he would even pay for my last treatment to my Tri-guard account just to switch over to his company Saela. I feel tricked and manipulated by him.He has never returned my phone calls or text. This has been a HORRIBLE experience with him and this Company. I have tried multiple times calling to try to cancel before service, but I get the run around by all the employees, and so they have yet to call me back but they never did and since they came out and serviced my home rather quickly before I even had time to read the stupid contract and the fact he never told me I had 3 days before service that I could cancel. Of course I get this stupid contract on my phone and I seriously don’t have time to read the fine print cuz I’m busy doing yard work and landscaping and being highly pressured by this guy and I told him No and he wouldn’t take No for a answer and he wouldn’t leave and promised he would even bring me money himself (cash in hand) if I’d just terminate Tr-guard and sign up with his company, as he was bad mouthing Tri-guard. Once he started bad mouthing I should have not given in and told him to get to stepping I think you need to hire better sales people that doesn’t look good and as well he is a liar.Now I'm not even sure if it’s his real name or phone number I’m sure I have this all on my ring camera so I could submit this as well, and he was totally desperate in doing just that and in the midst of me taking care of what is more important at the time . I just wanted him gone so I could go about my yard work. He is Lucky I didn’t send my boyfriend out cuz he pissed him off the day before circling around like a shark and now I wish I would have let him cuz it wouldn’t have been pretty for the sales guy. I have a No Solicitor Sign in My window and they are relentless and notorious for peoples business and therefore I’d rather do this job myself at this point than pay some company that half asses their jobs. So now I’m trapped in this 12 month contract ( Performance for Jesse apparently I still have Beehives in the cracks of my utility boxes and one right by my gate on the backside between the fence and house that are connected. Which David claimed that your services is so wonderful and that you’d do a better job then Tri-guard but your company has proven wrong! I’m not sure what is exactly is getting done but apparently according to Mr. Buckner you are the best company, but yet have not removed any beehives whatsoever. I’m highly disappointed on how I’ve been treated by this company and to come to find out this company has a lawsuit against them according to Tri-guard trying to save my business which they have treated me right unlike Saela. Bottom line people if you are reading this RUN! Don’t let this guy scam you too! I’m so pissed and for 139.00 they don’t make sure the job is done right. Take your time and look instead of chatting with your buddy and that the job is done correctly. I don’t know what kind of crappy business you’re are running, but I’m not happy. I’ll be more then happy to post and send pics. You need to hire better staff all around and guarantee your work and will do what you say and put your money where your mouth is! Weston came to my home this evening to pitch to me about Saela Pest Control, I had just very recently signed up with another pest control, Weston had said what all his company did and he had 12 or 15 of the customers that had signed up with the company I just had signed up with switch over to his, and I initially said no thank you, but because I didn’t see what all the company I had just signed up with do as far as spraying, Weston said they do more than this other company, I ended up switching, then had the owner of the other company show up at my door, talk to him and was told I was the only one that actually switched over, not the 12 or 15 that was told to me, Weston shows back up as I am talking with Owner of other company, they talk, I tell Weston I will be sticking with company I originally just signed up with, after getting things squared away with owner of the other company, he leaves then comes back with a picture of a chewed up piece of gum that Weston had stuck on his driver side door. I definitely know now I stayed with the better company, and wouldn’t recommend using this company that would not only lie about another company and their quality of business but also have an employee that would do something so childish cause they lost a potential customer. Dodged a bullet with this company.
