I love how easy it is to work with Organic Solutions. They communicate very clearly both before and after any treatments, and whenever they offer additional services it is never with any pressure. I do not have to be home, there is a very way to pay online or they will take a check. When I have had concerns they have always gotten back to me within 24 hours, if not immediately.

The lawn crew hit our AC unit twice so we had to cancel. But the lawn looks fantastic. UPDATE: Thanks for replying. I did directly reach out when it happened last summer. Then it happened again, so we canceled the service. Lawn mowing is a 1 star (missed spots all over the place each week as well), Fertilizer and tree care is a 5 star.

Set up appointment with Organic Solutions as in the past thru an easy process to blow out our sprinklers. The technicians arrived right on time and were very polite and professional explaining what their process would be. They went straight to work quickly completing the job, then thanking me for using their company which I will definitely call upon for any future needs.

I started using Organic Solutions for lawn mowing and lawn care this year after 4 years of taking care of my lawn myself. I chose OS after seeing them providing service at a lot of the houses in my neighborhood. It took a little while but my lawn is looking the best it ever has. I agree with others in that their communication of upcoming services is good and they are good at responding to questions. The mowing technician is so fast on top of doing a great job. All the technicians (mower, lawn treatment, irrigation) are friendly and helpful.

Crew showed up well within the two hour window provided by the office staff. Crew was very thorough and patient waiting for my irrigation lines to fully purge their water. Very perspnable crew.

We received terrible service from this company. More than a year ago, we had them come and look at two old trees in our yard. They recommended iron treatments. This company didn't coordinate with us when they would come and did the treatment when we weren't home. In the year that followed, the trees got worse and worse. We tried to contact this company for follow up checks, but they didn't respond. We had two independent arborists come look at our trees since the treatment and BOTH said the treatment was done wrong (the ports were in the wrong places, they left big holes in the trees, which made them susceptible to bugs which infested them later). Moreover, the two arborists seemed to think that the trees had too much iron, not too little. In short, we paid this company hundreds of dollars to make our trees worse. They seem to get good reviews from happy customers, but don't let them near your trees. Response to their response: we turned down the injections because the trees were doing much worse after the treatment. Katie tried to reach out several times to figure out what to do, but often got no response. The trees are doing a lot better since we found other arborists. We gave this company chances, but did not get very good treatment. That is not inaccurate.

Unfortunately most of this review is inaccurate. We were contacted by Katie Kennington in September of 2022. We met, looked at her tree, and determined it was a nutrient deficiency. Nutrient deficiency are generally caused by root issue or soil condition issues and if a tree requires nutrient injections because of one of theses issues, the tree will generally need to be injected yearly for the rest of its life. The tree was injected by a Idaho State Certified Applicator for that condition in the fall of 2022. Our tree injection system is metered, which means you cannot "over inject" or inject "too much'. Each injection in measured very precisely. <br>We contacted you in the spring and fall of 2023 to schedule another injection. You turned the service down. We have record of those conversations and contacts with you. We again reached out to you this spring with no response. We have been injecting trees for over 20 years. I would be happy to meet with you in person and meet with your "arborist" I would also be happy to put you in touch with our certified Master Arborist! What your "arborists" are claiming is not accurate and does not make sense. We also have several individuals we work with that have their Doctorates and we would be happy to have them look as well. I am disappointed that you did not give us the opportunity to work with you on this and instead jumped to the worst conclusions. Never again! They hacked up my trees and bushes. Had no idea what they were doing. Left the yard a mess. Broke 3 of glass lights and left glass everywhere. Get this... they left a saw in the yard! For pups and kids to get a hold of. I kid you not! Their website says they are professionals, my guess is not a single one of them had any kind of credentials.

Dawn,<br>before we came to your property we asked you for specific instructions on what you wanted completed. You provided us with an email outlining the services you wanted completed. We followed your instructions and requests. I came and met with your husband once we found that you were not happy. After speaking with your husband, he said that he completely understood why we pruned the way we did based on your emailed instructions. <br>There are many different ways to prune. You can prune for flower productions, you can prune to thin, you can prune for crown reduction, you can prune for crown lifting, you can prune to remove dead wood, you can also hard prune, and various other types. All are acceptable and correct forms or pruning. They all serve a different purpose. The trees in the front yard had been pruned very poorly in the past and were full of water sprouts that had grown into full sized branches. Many branches had been stubbed off and pruned poorly in the past. The picture you posted is from past pruning and not something that we did. I discussed this with your husband while I was onsite. <br><br>This is the email we received and we pruned based on this email. " We have the gate unlocked. <br>We have the yard pruned regularly, but several of the bushes we know are not being pruned properly.<br>The snowball bush especially needs to be substantially cutback for fresh blooms. <br>The dogwoods and the roses, among others to look their best. <br>Please use your expertise.<br>There are string lights in a few of the bushes so be careful." <br><br>After speaking with your husband in person he believed the issue was two fold. He believed that the description of work sent to us via email was not very descriptive and that the terminology used in the email was probably not appropriate for the work they wanted completed. <br><br>We would be happy to discuss this with you further and come to an amicable solution. When I initially called to have my daughters sprinklers turned on; it was a Sunday. So, I just left a message. I received a return call first thing on Monday. The gentleman was so kind and soft spoken. He even gave me a few tips. After speaking with him we set up the date and time. My daughter wasn't going to be home; so they said they'd leave the invoice in the garage plus mail one. Which in fact they did leave one in the garage and we misplaced it. Actually; every interaction with them up to this point had been very pleasant. A few weeks go by and I have not received an invoice. So, I called! And called and called. Leaving messages. At this point I am in CA assisting my youngest daughter after back surgery and I couldnt get a hold of them still. It was so frustrating. I finally was able to log in to see my bill. My bill that the invoice said $45. It is now $144. THIS WAS FEELING LIKE A NIGHTMARE. I had one child in Idaho needing to pay her bill and I couldnt get anyone to answer. She also was in a hurry to get a hold of them to let them know of the leak/AKA(broken pipe) ..... They never answered. I drove to the address( yep again my gas and my time) for the business and was surprised to see it is a home and business together. Which could totally work..we perfer to support those places. I walked in and was greeted by the office manager. There were 3 or 4 other males and 2 other women at during that time. We started talking about the situation and she said she had emailed me over and over. Which she had; but I didn't get them. I asked why she didn't call when I hadn't replied back and she said shes been busy. I must say she was trying hard to be professional! I also asked why there was only 1 person for phones and this is what she told me........ I am a one man show. Thats it. Just me. It's our busy season.......she wasnt rude. Its sad to me that a business this big wouldn't have an customer Service Manager and other people answering the phones. Customer service should be the heart of your business. I also did ask her why my bill was so high. She explained they fixed 9 sprinkler heads. I never approved that, nobody ever called me! The only thing the Manager really said is that she was sorry thst this happened and was I ready to pay my bill!!!!!! I have been in Management at different times and I have never heard a response like that. In my mind it told me Hurry pay your bill we are too busy to offer customer service. Iam giving the Technician who turned her sprinklers on and walked me through tips ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Hi Shandra,<br>Thank you for voicing your concerns. We are a small family-owned business, and we do our best to be sure our client’s concerns and questions are met with a timely response. For this reason, any accounting or invoice question are mostly handled thru email so we have record of the conversation and others can help when our office manager is out of the office.<br>We do not complete sprinkler turns on with repairs at the same time unless specifically requested. The gentleman in our shop do not schedule sprinkler repair appointments, so it was probably our office manager you spoke to since she oversees the sprinkler technicians and their schedules. I have heard her many times explain to people that repairs will not be handled at the turn on rate unless specifically requested by the client. She scheduled the turn on service with minor repairs for June 7th. When we spoke, she said you had requested any minor repairs be made at this time since we were three weeks out on the repair schedule. She did not bill you for the service rate which is $68 but she kept the rate at $45 (turn on service rate) and then charged you for the nine sprinklers that needed to be replaced. She did send you emails regarding this and explained the situation. We also keep record of voicemails received, and there is just the one that she responded to by email.<br>You came into the office and spoke with our office manager two months later, and she once again explained the situation. She even removed the late fees from your invoice. You let her know that you prefer phone calls, and I can see that she made a note on your account to be sure to call you instead of email. You asked her to send a technician back out to check out what you believed to be a leaky sprinkler, and she set the appointment with instruction to not repair anything unless approved by you. When the technician went back out to access the leaking sprinkler, he let our office manager know that it was not a leaky sprinkler but a broken pipe underground. Our office manager tried to contact you via phone, and she left you a voicemail. She also followed it up with an email to be sure you knew of the situation. We did not charge you for this diagnosis. You responded with thank you and you would be in touch.<br>As I mentioned, we do our best to communicate in a timely manner and to be sure we meet our client’s needs. Our office staff consists of our office manager, our operations manager, and the owner of the company. Two out of those three people are on estimate appointments and job walk throughs every day. That does leave our office manager with 90% of the phone calls and emails and she does a wonderful job managing all the moving parts. Part of being a small family-owned business is that we wear a lot of hats and jump in where we can to help each other. We scheduled two services for you, charged you a discounted rate, removed late fees from your invoice, and communicated via phone call and email with you. That is the level of customer service we provided to you.
Hired them to repair sprinklers paid all the bills sent to me. Then magically 7 months later revieved another bill. Called admitted no bill was sent at the time. Seems very fishy that in the middle of winter and business slows down for lawn care bills that "we're not sent" are now due and going to collections. Because of this I would strongly not suggest this company to anyone.

Justin, Thank you for choosing us to take care of your sprinkler needs. You had a big two day project and we appreciate your business. Nothing has really changed since we talked with your mom on the phone a few months ago. The invoice for the first day of our services has been paid, and the invoice for the second day of our services has not been paid. We still have the dates that invoices were mailed out shortly after the project was completed, as well as the follow up letters, and all of the follow up emails that were sent asking for the invoice to be paid so that we did not have to send the account to collections.
Organic Solutions customer service and follow through are nonexistent. Don’t use them! We have been waiting over 5 weeks for a bid and we are (were) current customers!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Long story short....the owner Mike lied to us, the girl that answers the phone lied to us. They do not communicate with their own techs or us the customer. They over book the 2 guys they have doing sprinklers. They haven't been doing sprinklers very long we were told and it shows. Here it is 3 weeks later and my sprinklers still don't work. Called another company Friday and they will be out Monday to fix my sprinklers. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

We never actually completed any work for Wendy! And we have been doing sprinkler work for 19 years!<br>Wendy originally contacted us to complete sprinkler repairs at her property. We sent her our sprinkler repair agreement which goes over how we charge for sprinkler repairs. She did not sign it or agree to it for over a week. When we did make contact with her she decided she did not want a sprinkler repair until an assessment was completed by our sprinkler tech. On the 23rd she sent this email, "Thats fine. Please make sure they call me when they figure it out and let me know what the cost should be before any work is done." My sprinkler tech (who has been a tech for over 25 years) met with her and completed the sprinkler assessment. A sprinkler assessment is completed to determine the extent of sprinkler repairs required for cost and scheduling purposes. Once the assessment is completed then work is scheduled. Wendy could have scheduled the work in the beginning but chose to have an assessment done instead to help determine cost. Long story, short... When my sprinkler tech met with Wendy to do the assessment Wendy was very disrespectful and degrading to him. When my sprinkler tech came back to the office later that day and told me about his interactions with her, this is the email I sent to Wendy. "Wendy,<br>My sprinkler tech met with you today to assess your sprinkler system and give you an idea of expense for repairs at your request. After the interactions our company has had with you today I am not sure we will be able to meet your expectation or that our company would be a good fit for you. I am sure there are other companies in the valley which will be willing to work with you. Please let me know if you have any question or concerns. Thank you."<br>Basically, after our staff had been treated so poorly by Wendy we decided that we did not want to do business with her but were attempting to part way amicably. Wendys response email was less than graceful and full of expletives which is why I will not post it here. If you would like to read her response emails I would be happy to provide them.
If only you HAD come out to address our concerns! I was told over the phone that it wouldn't do any good for you to come out to see what I was concerned about. The netting is not a good idea. It surfaced and got caught up in the lawn mower. ************** I have had a problem with Organic Solutions. They laid some sod for us a year ago and immediately the lawn began to turn brown. I called to find out what to do for the lawn, and they told me it was basically my problem and refused to even come out to look. The other problem with the sod was that as the lawn slowly died, plastic netting started surfacing from the soil! When I pulled on the netting, the sod came up with the sod -- a year later! We had to pull it all up and start over. It turns out the bottom side of the sod was lined with the netting and then rolled up. And then not removed before laying it. The final problem was that they sodded over a sprinkler head! Nearby plants were dying, and we couldn't figure out why . . . until we resodded and found the problem..

Kathy, we replaced a very small patch of sod for you on the side of your house. It was only a 20' X 20' section. Very small section. Once the sod is installed it must be watered correctly by the homeowner otherwise it will die. We gave you instructions on how to water your new sod and we also came out to your house after you had concerns and instructed you to water more, but you did not. We can not warranty sod if our watering instructions were not followed. The netting in the grass in from the sod farm. It is not supposed to be removed and is actually in the dirt. It is designed to keep the new sod from falling apart when the sod farm cuts the sod. There is no way to remove it. The netting is a normal part of sod. If you would like more information on the netting you can call the sod farm directly. It is McKellip Sod Farm in Nampa 208-467-5106.
They keep sending me a bill even though I never asked them to come back and spray my lawn.

Adam,<br>Our lawn applications are automatically renewed for the following season. Last season you had one of our lawn fertilizers and so it was automatically renewed for this season. We do give you plenty of opportunities to cancel or change your service before we come to your property. In January we send out a "New Years Proposal", in this proposals we tell you that everything is automatically renewed and that if you want to make any changed to let us know. In March we send out the your fertilization schedule, to let you know the dates we will be at your property, and then we call you before we actually come out to your property. Your fertilizer was completed on June 13th which means we had contacted you 3 times and given you 6 months to make changes. We did not hear anything from you. Additionally, I have no record of you calling the office or emailing us in regard to this issue. If you would have contacted us , we would have been happy clear this up for you!
