Great company! Just installed a Trane cold climate unit in my 70's basement house. Big unit. Really tough install for sure. Don't know how Josh and Roswill did it in a day. The owner, Izzy, was incredible too - right there along the way. Pretty technical system that needed some dialing in; showed up first thing the next morning - on it. The guys were amazing! Customer Service team? Lights out! If you're looking for an honest, professional, attentive, truly customer service oriented outfit that won't show up to your house on a mission to turn your pockets inside out, but instead, just do what's best for you, Cornerstone is it. Dani was very professional and explained each thing he did. He let us know he was on way and as very prompt. This is a rental so we cannot comment on price. Everything else was amazing.

Their technician Chris was knowledgeable and competent in solving the problems with our AC unit quickly. He explained what he felt was needed and why, which made it easier to accept his quoted cost to repair. The system is now cooling better than it has in a long time. He actually came earlier than scheduled but gave us a heads up, which we appreciated. Will definitely consider using Cornerstone Comfort again when the need arises.

I had a great experience with them when my AC died in the middle of a heatwave. We had one brutal night with no AC then I called them the next day. They came out that same day and got us up and running again. The technician, Gabe, was awesome and he left me with plenty of tips to reduce the chances of this happening again. I'll definitely be calling them again the next time I need HVAC service.

Cornerstone Comfort, formerly Izzy's, installed a new Trane heating and AC in November for me. During the past week, I have gotten alerts on my trane app that my house was at 76 when the setpoint for the AC was 74. I called for a service to have it checked out. They were there the same day. The technician found a leaking valve so my refrigerant was low. He replaced the valve and refilled it. Checked out the rest of the system and settings. I greatly appreciate the quick response and finding a cause for this.

They serviced and cleaned up the outside AC and replaced a part. What else they did in the Attic I don't know. But all in all they did a good job. Its a good solid team of specialists. I recommend them.

Shout out to Mercedes who heard the concern in my voice and sent someone over that same evening. Even though Dani had been working since 7 that morning (it was now close to 9), he still got on the phone to see if he could get a part that night. He was amazing and explained the bad news in such a caring way. He is so efficient and such a hard worker. The next morning early he picked up the part and was back at my house to replace it. We had our AC unit completely go out going into the hottest time of the year. We had an absolute excellent experience from start to finish!
