We are a local, family owned and operated lawn, tree and pest control company. We specialize in listening to what you want and helping accomplish your individualized lawn, pest and tree care plan. We pride ourselves in being very responsive and are always happy to visit at any time. We strive to build relationships that last a life time with our customers.

Technician was polite and very thorough. Only negative: spraying was done on memorial day, a Monday and on Wednesday they were texting me for payment and reminding me that there is a $5 late fee for past due payments. Rude and unprofessional.

They have been out to my house 3 times the first time was to set sprinklers up and make sure all lines were good. 2nd time they came out is because first tech had no idea how to set timers and my sprinklers were going off for 3 days straight. 3rd time they came out was to fix a leaky pipe. Each time I was charged even though they should have set it all correctly in first they were out. I still have 4 non working heads that they should have found. Will not be using them again. Also the second tech decided it is appropriate to relieve himself in my garden!

I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of mannerisms that were shown to you during the time of the second technician. I have never heard of anything like this with anyone in our company. We have some amazing techs that work for our customers and this is highly unacceptable. We always want to be professional and kind to our clients and hope that we can serve them in the best way possible. We guarantee our services and are happy to quickly address any issues that arise after a repair is completed. We were unaware that there were 4 heads not working or that you have had other issues with your system until we received this review (August 3). The start up was done May 20 and one month later on June 24 a repair was reported and completed. According to our records, we did not charge you for the 2nd visit where we repaired the leak and readjusted your clock. As stated before, we guarantee our services and will stand by that and are happy to come out and address any issues you may have at this time.

I called and canceled a spray and they came a week later . My wife thought they were another company who were being hired for a different tree problem. So I received a spray I didnt want.. They need new office help.

The was really a difficult company to work with. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and it took a month and several unhappy phone calls for them to actually come out and do a 20 minute job. They dropped the ball on this one. I'm using a different lawn care company next year.

I am so sad to hear this review, Cole. I have called you a few times and just got your voicemail each time. I am the manager over our irrigation projects and I do all the scheduling for them. As I mentioned to you when I first talked to you, I believe your winterization was originally scheduled with a different company. I am the only one in the company who scheduled sprinkler winterizations this year. When you called in on October 29th, that was the first time we talked, and you agreed that it was not me that you had scheduled it with. Nevertheless, immediately after this phone call, I scheduled your winterization for the next day, October 30, and I informed our technician about the job. That night, the temperature dropped to 3 degrees. When the temperature drops that low we cannot blow the water out of sprinkler lines because the water is frozen. I called and informed you about this and said we would get out there as soon as it got warm enough to thaw the ice. I also gave you instructions on opening up your valves and turning your sprinkler system on (with water off) in order for the system to start draining itself as the temperature increased. The third and last time I spoke with you was when it was finally going to be warm enough for the ice to melt, on November 1, and enable us to do your winterization properly. I called and let you know the time frame of when our technician would be out. We also again visited about the call you thought you had made scheduling for an earlier appointment time with our company and I apologized again at that time for any possible miscommunication we may have made, but in the end I felt you had accepted my apology as neither you nor I remembered talking with one another earlier, and we did not have any record of the phone call or of having you in our system. You said you still wanted us to come out to do your winterization, and we successfully got it taken care of that day. I felt our conversations were always cordial and professional on both your and my part, so I was sad to see this review indicating you felt differently. Despite the very low temperatures, we found a window to get your sprinklers blown out when it finally turned warm enough, and I communicated with you during the entire process. We love our customers and want them to be happy with our good work and responsive communication. We sincerely desire every person who works with us to have a very positive experience. I was looking for a quote to reconfigure my system, due to metered watering in Ammon. First receptionist took partial info., was ready to send out someone based on no info. Then office manager called me back saying they would have a tech call me. Great! Tech called me spouting time and material cost no offer to quote. My experience as a potential customer, extremely bad. Wonder what existing customers experience. Would never use them . Horrible potential customer experience, that speaks volumes.
