Caden was friendly, timely, efficient and took care of both the interior and exterior. He even verified it was okay to do certain areas before spraying. We have not had issues with cobwebs or spiders since beginning this service. Thank you for excellent service and care.

I live on a hobby farm so our house is prone to bugs. We have been a customer since 2017 and we have never had mice in our house because of the service from Gem State. During the summer if I see a earwig or a spider I call Gem State and they are at our house within the week to do a reservice for free. I will NEVER cancel my subscription with this company. I do have dogs that roam our property. Willy just calls/messages me before he's on his way so I can have my dogs in the house. I appreciate that text cause I know he's coming. If you are looking for a exterminator these guys are the best!

They're great in sending a reminder of your up coming appointments. They will come in between appointments if you need them to free of charge and they are always mindful of your schedule. It's been years since we've had a spider in our house.

Great value, Great staff and service.

I used AAA pest control for years and loved them. They were bought out by Gem state. Gem Refuses to schedule services. They either just show up or call the night before. I told them repeatedly that doesnt work for me and that i needed at least a weeks notice (preferably more) so that i could ensure I'd be home. They said they are unable to give me notice. The staff were indifferent about the issue and told me they would just cancel my account if I didn't like it.

They have not responded to my last call.

When the guy came door to door selling pest control he was really pushy and so I decided to do it just through the summer. I gave him a credit card and he had me sign for the credit card payment.. I signed nothing else. Later I received an email stating that I just signed a 1 year contract at $85/time!!! He mentioned no where of a service agreement or contract when he came to the house. I had them come 1 more time before I tried to cancel (I have chickens that were eating the dead bugs and wanted no more sprays.) They wouldn't let me out of my contract without charging me $60 just to cancel! This guys business ethic is wrong and I would not support a company that does this sort of business.. having me "sign" for a contract when I was supposed to just be signing for the credit card payment

They are very unclear when it comes to the service agreement . my wife thought it was one time with a follow up for the initial price.... Come to find out they have tapped my card once or twice since our first charge .... no matter how good they do their jobs of pest control .... misleading the customers is a bad deal

I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service and communication I have experienced with this company!! I feel almost lied to on more then one occasion specifically I was told one price at the start of the contract and charged something different from then on after (20.00 more each service)!!! I also feel my service was absolutely not a "full complete service" first of all they didn't do the back or the garage or the inside of the house and it was raining all day and I also was told on the phone I wouldn't be charged and service would be skipped until I spoke to someone about my situation and yet again I was charged which has caused an even bigger issues outside of this!! I'm furious to say the least!!
