Beware of this vendor - Horrible communication, overpriced, and changes pricing terms without notice. They have technicians that will work for 5-10 minutes and sit in their truck in the driveway for another 30 minutes to “prove” that they were at our property for 40+ minutes “working”. I have tried to cancel the new annual contract that I never agreed to for the last month and they just made a second unauthorized credit card charge to my account. It's time to go to small claims court.

Cancelled 6 weeks ago and they’re still trying to come treat for pest control after I went with another company. Not to mention I went with the monthly payment plan, cancelled within the month and they charged me for two months. Daijun, at the Idaho Falls office, you SUCK.

Weeds and thistle are flourishing! Senske should properly train the techs and then check with the customer after each service! Not a good company,they promise results but they don't back up their service with a recheck.

I gave 1 star oly because they have great communication. For the last 5 yrs I have maintained my own property. My lawn has always been very dark green, very thick and virtually weed free. I dont say any of this to brag, but rather because of the less than okay experience I've had with senske. I took on more work this year and was in need of hiring a "professional" company to take over my fertilization and weed control. After more than $1000 and a few months... still no improvement. They are great as far as communication, but to see MORE weeds than I started with and a not so healthy lawn after their "services" was disappointing to say the least......not to mention that when I called customer service to complain about all the weeds, the customer service rep named "cookie" was rude and said I was not being logical. I am excited to get my lawn back just taking care of it myself. I truly hope someone reads this review and thinks twice about paying someone to drive in circles across their lawn and have absolutely No improvements made. ...hard to tell from the pictures, but I counted over 800 weeds across my lawn after weeks of their "weed control" treatment and marked each one with a spray can. But hey, most of the customer service reps were very patient and kind, so theirs that. .....best of luck

If I could give zero stars I would. I switched yard service which was my first mistake, and the signed up for the pre paid plan that was my second mistake. Every time they came out to service my yard which was part of the pre paid plan they charged me an additional $95.00 after they claimed they would refund me amd fix my account (which never happened) I finally canceled just to avoid paying double for everything, in top of that my yard never looked so bad. I would never go back to using them costed me a ton of money and ended up spending even more to get my lawn back to the way it use to be.

My lawn has more weeds and morning glory than before Senske sprayed, 3 times! And they killed my ground cover. I scheduled a pest control service and the tech completely blew me off. Not impressed at all and frankly petty upset with my over all experience with Senske. Wouldn't recommend.

I signed up for Senske's grass care program last spring after they identified cranberry girdler (grubs) in my yard. Hundreds of dollars and several treatments later, including their grub control application, and half my lawn needs replanted this year. They correctly identified the pest, yet didn't think to apply the correct treatment and instead just gave me the same program they do everyone else. If you have an issue, don't expect them to tailor a program for your lawn. It's a one size (doesn't) fit all. Call someone who will treat you as more than a number, because Senske won't.

I used Senske last summer and was happy with the services they provided. I pre paid for all services up front, but only needed the services I prepaid for. Then this year I was auto renewed without my knowledge and was charged $190 for a service. When talking with someone in billing today, I told him I wasn’t aware that they auto renewed and he laughed out loud at me. I canceled right away, rude customer service and sneaky auto renewals.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I saw they had a lot of five star reviews so I called them. They don’t have any local office you can call. You get routed to some call center. They take your information and then you wait for them to call and schedule an appointment. After waiting a week to get my appointment called to schedule, I called back again and I got put back on the same call to schedule and they never called again so I called somebody else to come do the work and they came that day. About two weeks later I finally get a call to get scheduled. I told them that the work had already been done and that a different company fixed it. Well, about three weeks after that call, somebody from senske comes and shows up to do the work without scheduling an appointment. My wife told him that it had been fixed already so he went and looked at the valve box and left me a bill for $165. This place is not very easy to work with. I called them to tell them what had happened and whoever answered the phone said that they will talk to their supervisor. Hoping it gets resolved, but it has not been a pleasant experience.

Was given a sales pitch, results did not match. Promised results on gnats when product doesn’t even kill gnats (we paid extra for this service). Poor communication between office and application team, missed several areas of treatment…MULTIPLE TIMES. Instead of discussing with customer did an unfavorable treatment, excluding weed killer due to weather, instead of rescheduling, which resulted in MORE WEEDS. Killed areas of grass and didn’t kill areas of weeds. Avoided my texts and calls, and did services I did not authorize and then charged me. Spoke to a manager and a suprivisor that did nothing but provide excuses for their products and staff. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Updated. Company commented on my review to email them. I emailed them, got no response, it’s been 2 weeks. AND they deleted my review off their website.
