5 yr customer completely satisfied with the Technicians, notification system, Office & Billing Mgmt and the quality of products and knowledge of staff. I especially enjoy not handling or storing chemicals. All you have to do is drive around your area to see what's in the environment that can harm your lawn and trees to confirm your annual treatment package is a great buy. Pest Control Services has been a great service and I look forward to working with them every year!

I have been extremely impressed with the knowledge, customer service, and professionalism of nearly every Pest Control Technician with this company to-date. However today, Jordan, “topped the charts” figuratively speaking. This morning, he called me before he came to the home which I rent, because he was running a bit ahead of his scheduled appointments. So, he wanted to ensure that an earlier time of arrival would not create problems for me. Additionally, he explained to me the reason behind the drastic improvement in results I was seeing. For background purposes, the home I rent is an older home which I suspect, per the results of typical home aging, may mean it is more accessible to insects. Yet, the home consistently retains more air humidity than I have seen retained within a home in this high desert area (i.e. in Idaho Falls). By the way, with my slight behavioral modifications, the higher humidity aspect is nicely offset by its unusual heating system. Returning to the reason for the noticeable lack of insects in my rented home: Jordan explained that, for the winter season, the company had switched to a chemical which (after about 30 minutes) is not negatively impacted by water. I am extremely pleased with the results of the applied knowledge, consideration, customer service, and professionalism that I have been able to benefit from thanks to Jordan from Pest Control Services! Well done and thank you Sir!

I bought a newer used vehicle and it came with carpet beetles inside! They were amazing coming out and spraying my car out and were very thorough and took great care of us! Would highly recommend and us again…but hoping to never have to!
