Founded in 2006 by Inland NW Resident Jacob Borg, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem solving and serving our customers' needs. Pointe Pest Control is proud to give back to the communities it serves through a number of avenues, including an annual Scholarship Program awarded to graduating Seniors in Washington, Idaho,Oregon, and Montana. In addition, Pointe conducts an annual Charitable Bed Bug Treatment program called 'Take a Bite of the Holidays' that includes a complete bed bug treatment for a family in need.

Pointe Pest control is our go to. We've used their services in the past and recently started back up. They've been Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We'll continue to use them for our general pest control needs and highly recommend them.

Their office has always been friendly if we've had to reschedule & the ones who actually come out to our home are very professional, friendly & thorough. We’ve been a Pointe Pest Control customer for several years. The employees are consistently courteous and thorough in their work. Ben was amazing today. He spent time answering questions and did a great job.

Don't waste your money. I signed a year contract, paid alot of money up front, was billed every three months and all I got was crappy service and more spiders! I never had this bad of a problem before. They are always in a hurry, they don't lay down a good barrier and sometimes they would show up and sometimes they wouldn't. I regret going through this company.

Extremely disappointed with Chastin’s service. Spider webs and bugs are still present in and outside of my home after the service. The home was barely sprayed from the inside. I felt like he didn’t care about what he was doing at all. He skipped over some places and didn’t even go into the bathrooms or around the areas I specifically asked for. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Tried to get tech to interact. Specifically told him my little dog will run off with mouth full of hard containers and all paper ones. It came true

I will update after second appointment in a couple weeks. Technician came out and was done in like 3-4 minutes. I was told they were going to clean up webs around the house and to expect an influx of spiders after first treatment because they are “trying to get away from barrier”. So, technician came, never cleaned up webs around the house and spiders came out and built even more webs on said barrier which was supposed to deter them away from coming near it.

Their initial service didn’t correct the bug issues for my mom’s house, then tried to say they would charge her to come out again even though they said they “stand by their work and would rectify the situation if it didn’t work” and the guy that they sent out LIED and said that my mother didn’t tell him which bug she was struggling with (this isn’t true, it’s the whole reason she called for a service and took him out and showed and pointed to the bugs on the patio), and when my mom pushed to talk to a manager and the manager agreed that they would come back out for free and spray for the specific type of bug, they came out and sprayed and charged her for the full amount for a “new customer”. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS CORPORATE SCAMMY PEST SERVICE.

We’ve been calling for two days straight. Automated phone system and nobody picks up despite what department you transfer too. It’s unfortunate that they’ve gotten so big that customer service is no longer needed on their end

I have used Point Pest for several years and recommended them to several friends and family members. I was very pleased with the service until yesterday. The service technician came to my home and was only able to spray 1/4 of the outside of my home due to the amount of snow I still have. In the past they have not sprayed my home when I have had a significant amount of snow but will call me to reschedule to a later date. I called requesting a reduction in the fee I was charged. They were only willing to reduce the fee 30% and we’re not willing to negotiate any further. Only a quarter of my house outside was sprayed none of my shop and none of the interior of my home. I told them I would be willing to pay for 30%, if they would refund me 70% of the fee, the customer service gal I talked to was very professional and said her supervisor would not authorize that. I was willing to pay for what has been sprayed but nothing above that. That decision cost them year of me business and any future referrals from me.

Came out for a disabled vet. Assured him they were all removed, I I've seen 4 so far already, 3 are small but still there. Another one was completely missed, not to mention the cleanup, like knock the nests down and just leave them on the ground when there is 3 dogs who go in the back. . Hopefully they come back and do it correctly. It's unacceptable to have any left, expecia you always say that I have to purchase somspecially when correct service was payed for.

Clear signage that No Soliciting allowed at Ring Doorbell, Clear signage not to ring bell due to babies and dogs. What does the salesman cold calling do? Rings the Ring doorbell. If you cannot pay attention to those details, how can anyone trust you to pay attention to any others?
I have had two negative experiences with this company. They were very accommodating before I paid them but, after receiving my money up front for services that they said they would provide in the future, they would never return my call. Today (6/3/2019 at 12:15pm) I phoned them in an effort to schedule services (which I paid for in Oct., 2018) and they hung up on me in the middle of our conversation (after I had been put on hold for 6 minutes). When I called them back (why didn't they call me back?), my call was taken by their answering service (after being put on hold for another 6 minutes). When I asked what time they would return from lunch, I was told that they were not a lunch and that they were on the other line. Apparently, my business is not very important to them. Is this how Pointe treats people once they receive their money? Not cool!
