I really appreciated how the technician took time to explain everything before starting. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. The products used were safe for both my home and pets. Tom is professional and knowledgeable. He has not only resolved my rodent problem at half the cost of a competitor, but also came on a day’s notice for a problem with yellow jackets. He can do it all and does it willingly at a fair price.

I have been using advanced pest control for the last 10 years. Every treatment that they do to my house seems to work wonderfully. I like the platform Dan always comes out and tells me about how the chemicals are safer than chemicals that the other companies in town use and it's so knowledgeable about every aspect of killing my pests. I have called around and compared their rates and I feel like I'm receiving it an amazing deal for the services that they provide. We have had an annual contract with Advanced for 10 years. Their service was always fantastic until the last few years. They began missing scheduled appointments and are no longer reliable or dependable. This will be our last year as their customers, there are other companies with 5 ratings. I give them a 1 * rating and no longer will use them for bug control after this year.

The best of best

I very seldom write bad reviews but this company has proved to be very disappointing. They called me last Friday and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Never showed and when called was advised by scheduler that they would not come until I had completely cleaned up my yard of any dog poop. This was the first I heard of dog piles being a problem and although they made the appointment, I was never called or contacted to say they cancelled. After reading some of the negative reviews on them it is clear that customer service is at the bottom of their list. Scheduling with them the past 2 years has been erratic and sloppy. Now I know why.
