Eden Advanced Pest Technologies

I have had contract with Eden for a year now. They take monthly payment but only come out every 3 months. First appointment was fairly prompt and thorough bu subsequent visits not so much. Biggest issue, though, is they text with a date that they will be out but they don't give an approximate time frame they will be out. It is now almost 2:30 and they still have not shown up. We started with Eden about a year and a half ago and have been happy with everyone who has helped us, from people in the office to several different technicians. Forrest and Dade cleaned out our crawl space for three days in May 2024, where we had many dead deer mice. After being very happy with their hard work, we signed on as continuing customers.
