I would like to know since when do y’all treat a church during a funeral service. Sure did, treated the sanctuary during the funeral service. How disrespectful can a company be? I pray that you do not charge for that service and that it never happens again to another family anywhere.
I’m very unhappy with National’s service’s. They have been here 3 times in 2 months and still having bug issues. Ants, spiders, springtails (which are super hard to get rid of) , and the occasional cockroach. They guarantee their services and come back whenever called, but obviously the spray being used is not working or maybe they need to locate where they are coming from and spray the grass and outside better. I can also say I keep a clean house and vacuum at least every other day so we should not have so many bugs. I’ve never had to have an exterminator in any other home and understand that some houses and yards attract more bugs than others, but I’m paying for a service that is falling short. I feel like I should be able to get out of the contract if it’s not fixing the problem.
We waited out our contract. Our tech in w.r. was great and then we moved to perry and our new tech likes to call/text the night before later in the evening most times to say hes coming the next day. Also gives off a weird vibe. Often have to tell him to spray our yard. Had never done the inside of our attached garage until our last service when asked about it. Never sprays around doors and windows. Have to ask to get the yard sprayed. We still see bugs. We will be canceling since it just feels ljke a waste of money at this point. We have a monthly service. Wasting $45 a month and not getting all the services we pay for is ridiculous and not fair.
We have 1 month until our contract ends. We have decided not to use them again. They olny stay about 5 to 10 mins and do not always spray every room. We still see so many bugs in our bathrooms.
If you want someone to come over to your house and completely break the law, this is your company. My parents had this company doing their pest control until I fired them. They sprayed Precor 2625 in my parents house while they were in there completely violating the label. LABEL IS THE LAW! Apparently they don’t have to knock on your door according to Gene. They also spend about a whopping five minutes around your house and then expect you to pay extra money to kill spiders? Companies like this make all other pest control companies look bad. I will be making a phone call to the Georgia Department of Agriculture after this weekend to make a thorough complaint. This is one of the most unprofessional pest control companies I’ve seen. Gene is not good supervisor, I can assure you of that after he essentially hung the phone up on me. Get better and quit making the industry as a whole seem unprofessional. ALSO, I don’t even know how they use Sentricon if they aren’t even asking the customers to do slab inspection after doing a check and scan.
Took my payment and confirmed an appointment with me weeks in advance so I could take time off from work and be home for the inspection. Not only did they not show but when I called to ask what happened, I was not on their books.
NO STARS... If you want a cheaper hardworking exterminator go with Arrow Exterminators.. You pay every three months $85 cover everything.. I had a horrible experience with National Exterminator and they cancelled my contract without notifying me saying that I had a outstanding balance and thats not true I owe nothing. Bad business. I'm happy you did I found a better company who takes care of everything including spiders... National Exterminators don't seem to like black ppl.... .Don't waste your time
I don't even want to give them one star. My first tech did not do a full service like he was suppose to for 3 months in a row. Then I got another tech that would say he would be there and never showed for 2 months. Then the manager garunteed me that a tech would show up so I cancelled apts I had to be at home and once again no one ever showed no on these no shows did anyone contact me. When I called the manager back he told me I had to pay my past due which I knew about and told him I had money to give the tech when he came. The manager didn't even bother to call me back and advise me that that was the case and he told me someone would be at my house a week from the day we spoke. This is the worst customer service I have ever had from any one. I highly do not recommend them.
First I saw that Ricky Wendt, one of your employees left a review on your google reviews. Very unprofessional and conflicting with actual results from your customer service. Ricky Wendt also wouldn't call me back after scheduling an appointment and missing it as well. And he was just weird. sorry. Did not give me a good feeling about his service.
I've called twice to schedule an appointment for a Termite Inspection for a refinance and both times the receptionist told me an inspector will call me to set up and appointment and I have not heard back from anyone and it's been a two weeks since I called the first time and week for the second. On a brighter note, I called Arrow Extermintators and the receptionist pulled up the inspectors schedule and was able to schedule me appointment with no problems.
