Worst pest company I’ve ever dealt with. Communication is horrible and no one cares to pick up the phone. Have been lied to, forgotten about. I just hope someone sees this review and calls me so I can cancel the work I was supposed to have done and I can call another company. AVOID.

Very difficult to get a hold of and the techs never call ahead. On the very first visit there was no call ahead. The tech treated the inside of the home but couldn't treat the outside due to the rain, said they would return and never did. I tried for 2 days to reschedule the second visit but no one answers the office phone, had to leave multiple voice-mails with no return call. A tech showed up for the second visit when we were not home, again no call ahead. Tried calling the office AGAIN and AGAIN voice-mail. Pretty poor business management so far. If I don't hear back, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.
