Everyone who works at Arrow Exterminators is very nice. However, my complaint is that my issue wasn’t solved. I made an appointment because I needed fleas exterminated. I would have done it myself but I had just had a baby and couldn’t get it done. The fleas were ruining my life, they were biting me and my baby. I hired them for termite prevention in the Fall. The first day they came out they had forgotten to get the underground utilities done, so they needed to reschedule. Called to schedule an appointment and my card was placed on hold. I was told I would be charged $85 on the day of service which would be in 2 days.. That same day my account was debited $323. It has been over 24hrs and nothing has been refunded. I cancelled my appointment due to their negligence with this situation. Please be sure they are not charging you prior to service without your consent.
