Zero out of 10 I would never recommend this company. They allow their employees to come to your home and steal and when you confront them with the information there’s nothing that they can do and now that same employee has been arrested from stealing from another customer home and they still refused to do anything.

A very mixed experience. I signed up in March for pest control and paid for the entire year. In April/may I called back to get the mosquitoes service and wanted to also pay for the year. They said I couldn’t do it and had to pay for 12 month, and not just for 2024. So I just said that in that case I’ll pay for 2024 and 2025. So the lady told me she charged me and I’m all good. I have someone come and do the service and I can an email with a bill … I call and get transferred multiple times and no one knows what’s going on. One lady said that I don’t even have a service. Another guy “manager” told me that he had no idea what was going on. The original lady that I talked to got on the phone and said that she just never charged me and that’s why nothing went through and I got a bill. She said she fixed it and charged me. I got multiple emails and I signed whatever I needed. I said multiple times that the my mailing address is different vs the address where the service is being done…. Fast forward to today. It’s not July and I get a bill that was sent to the wrong address and was forwarded to me. Why am I getting this bill. I have no idea. Everything should be paid for. I called and got a call back that I will hear back Monday about what’s going on. Exceptional service on this part. But overall just seems like people have no idea what’s going on most of the time. Oh also when I signed up for mosquitoes I also asked if I can get a quote for carpenter bees and was told that it would not be a problem. Well when the guy came, he said that he doesn’t do estimates for carpenter bees but he’ll take pictures and get back to me. This also never happed. I think they need to have employees in charge of certain areas who only deal with those customers and know what’s going on. Just seems unprofessional. If the service keeps improving, I will change my review but for now it’s 3 stars.

Going to use them for dun crawl space work

We paid $3000 for an exclusion service. We are currently still hearing animal activity in our walls and attic. Throughout the exclusion process they kept saying the traps were tripped but did not caught anything. We have voiced our concern to the office staff and was told that someone would call us back to schedule a time to come back to the home and we still have not received that call. We have had an exclusion service completed before at our previous home by Northwest Exterminators and they were very precise and made sure all animals were out of the home but unfortunately they do not serve my current area. Thus, we tried Arrow Exterminator and it was a BIG mistake. There is no way to get our money back and we are stuck with critters in our walls. Customers beware!

Called Arrow for assistance with a snake removal under my porch metal ramp. Needless to say I was terrified. My frantic call to the office was met with calmness from the receptionist who had someone to me within under an hour. Branson was calm, professional, and informative. He spoke to me about options all while keeping the snake tucked away from me until he could capture it. I appreciate his kindness and helping me to calm down. I decided on a plan that worked best for me and he was able to capture and remove the snake! Thank you!
