Robert at Bug House has been working with our home for over a year now, managing German cockroaches- which can feel IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of. Robert's expertise of management strategies- using different modes of action and active ingredients to effectively treat this incredibly difficult pest without creating a resistance to the treatment- its invaluable. It normally takes 6-8 months to get results, but my kids are basically food sprinklers around the house- feeding the roaches. Robert stayed on the job, and they're finally gone! All thanks to Robert's very professional and knowledgeable strategic management! They'll get it done! Thanks Robert!
This is our first season using Bughouse and it’s been great! We did a time treatment of the yard and it made the biggest difference. The mosquito service with the buckets and spray treatment have worked better than any other service we’ve tried. Cameron Eddy has been wonderful! Very thoughtful of our dog and always willing to answer any questions and go the extra mile. We will absolutely keep using Bughouse for any of the services they offer. Thank you! I called to get a quote. They scheduled someone to come out. Never saw a person or heard from anyone. And still no call several days later If you don't want business just tell me
If tech M Fowler still there and is your tech make sure check cameras or add some he came to my property not once but many times and did not spray entire yard or don’t spray at all , I canceled my account and will never used them again , I did call and lady office was great and had him come respray and again didn’t do it correctly called back I was more upset and she wanted the manager or owner call and I waited and never Happened clearly he doesn’t care I have proof on my camera system and proof techs name so this is legit review one start is for lady in office but manager / owner never called and or concerned apparently… so please watch your homes when you not there and see if they are doing it , as tech gets paid how many homes he does a day , so skipping doing them or half done , he is stealing from customers and is not right and illegal

we started with the Bug House when our new house had an ant problem. They continued to treat until the problem was gone, and then we signed up for quarterly treatments for prevention. Their treatment effectively resolved our pest issues, and Rhonda, our technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. She addressed all our concerns with care and provided valuable insights for prevention, and made sure our new puppy was safe from any chemicals

Not a very good experience. When I first called i was trying to get someone to spray inside my house just for spiders, ants, etc,,,,,,, yes it was chaotic at my house, I had a house full of kids. I told the lady I needed everything gone inside my house. The spray guy shows up before the inspector guy does. He's here to spray outside of my house, not inside my house. Ok, well I needed inside my house done but you can go ahead and do outside, can I go ahead and pay for an inside spray though. He insisted on me waiting about 2 weeks before I had inside sprayed I guess to see if that worked. But what he sprayed was only a barrier. I called 2 times last week to see about getting someone out here to do the inside, both times they were suppose to call me back. They never did. Granted I do work from home from 6:00am-6:00pm, and they off work by then, so maybe they just didnt want to work on a Saturday. I dont know. I never got rude with anyone, even with all the confusion and miscommunication. But I called to cancel everything this morning and im finding someone else to go with.
We got good service from this company years ago. Lately all they do is bill us, we call, they say they sprayed outside our house (even times our full perimeter security cameras never saw them), we pay and say don’t come back. They still pull the same dirty tricks and when we call they promise the manager will call since their manager always “just went somewhere”. We’ve never received a call from a manager and I doubt there is one. Don’t waste your money, time or any of your life with these guys. Get a professional.

We have lived in our house for almost 2 years now and started to pay to get bughouse termite service in April 2023. The previous owners had Bug House and we were on the fence about getting it, but eventually called and started paying for service in mid 2023. We have had a bad experience with this company sending us letters for a payment for the previous owner's unpaid bill from 2021-2022. We have called them and explained everything and told them that they need to bill the previous owners and not us and were told that they would contact us back when someone from Bug House came back from vacation (that never happened). We have yet to receive a call, but continue to get letters of an overdue payment that isn't ours. We have yet to receive any sort of phone call or email from them, they have our information in their system to easily contact us. We called again and got hung up on. We didn't even receive any letters from them until after we opened our own account with them in April, and they don't even have our names spelled correctly on this supposed bill we keep getting. I also need to state that no one ever came out to do any sort of service on the termite stations from March 2022, when we moved in until we paid them to start service in April 2023. Now, today we have received a letter that they are going to rip out all of our termite stations because they made a billing error and refuse to call us. We paid them in full for the service we received in April 2023, so we paid for a year of service and they are going to take it out half a year before our service ends due to an unpaid bill of a previous client that lived in this house. Do not recommend this company, due to poor communication that has caused us some unnecessary stress. We are going to let them take the termite stations out and switch to a better company that has better customer service and communication.

Way too many choices to even consider using this company, very poor communication and service. Had regular pest control, they recommended mosquito treatment and after they sprayed the mosquitos actually got worse. I called the office to let them know and they advised they would come back out and not charge until I was satisfied. Never showed back up to spray and never called, but followed up with a bill they said I would not have to pay. Finally after going back and forth just figured if they needed the $90 that bad I would pay them and it would be worth it to never have to deal with them again. Choose a different compay, I would not wish this one on anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with Bug House. Despite my home previously having a really positive experience with them, they charged my credit card for a service that I did not authorize & then argued with me that they tried to call. Just an FYI to this company: if you do not have authorization (aka you speak to me on the phone), do NOT perform whatever service it is! I would have used them for time to come, but I am extremely turned off by this & beyond disappointed in their customer service!

This company does not guarantee their work and they are not competent to get rid of bed bugs. They are also very cavalier with nuvan strips. Go to someone who can give a warranty on their work.

The following is my opinion and my truthful experience. About three years ago I found evidence of termites at my house. I called Bughouse pest control. The charged me to trench the wall where the infestation was and charged to put out Sentricon bait stations Early last year I noticed fresh mud in the holes where the infestation was. I called out bughouse. Their representative said it was not termites. I'm not sure if he was trying to escape liability or if he just didn't know what he was talking about. Now, I don't know of any insect that uses mud and eats wood besides termites. In October, they sent a bill for another year of service. I naturally declined because their service was not working for me. Then yesterday a full 3 months later, they came to my house and pulled up all the bait stations. This was not a loss, because in my experience the Sentricon stations didn't prevent infestation of my house. For this reason, I can not recommend Bughouse or Sentricon.
