Well I originally rated 5 star because I liked the service. Well upon my quarterly visit , they cancelled my contract because I didn’t Schedule in time for them. ( Not my time scheduling) but their time scheduling. I called several times to make an appointment, even reached out to the guy who actually sprayed my house. Very dissatisfied with this company. We had exceptional service about a year ago, but after they let go one of the greatest technician weve ever had, our service went downhill with every service we've received since. We have about a 5600 sq.ft. home, which has usually taken 15-20 minutes to complete the interior. Our new tech today was finished in less than 5. And after questioning him if he checked the old traps and replaced them, he said, "Why, do you need them replaced?" I pulled out 2 traps
