When speaking with Lacey for scheduling, she was nice and able to find me in the system as a previous client. With many years of service experience in the field, he was very knowledgeable. He came out, walked the perimeter and gave us a plan he felt would suit our needs. Happy we choose Blitz!

I had a contract with Blitz for a few years. They did termite control as well as pest control and animal intrusion prevention. I can say that the termite control seems to be working pretty well, and also the moisture barrier they installed under my home. However, the animal intrusion and Pest Control was inadequate. They installed doors on my crawlspace to prevent animals from coming into my home, both of which fell apart or had gaps in them and did not do the job. They also were to block off any access to animals in the Attic area. When they came back for a bi-yearly visit to check on these doors and found that they failed, they wanted me to pay them again to have them reinstalled properly or better. That didn't make sense to me, and when I tried to contact them they actually were non-responsive. Since that time, I have had animal intrusion under my home and in the Attic. So the work I paid for was poorly carried out and woefully inadequate. They also left a plastic bottle hanging out of my chimney by a string--for what purpose I still don't know. During the job they also mentioned that they didn't have the proper ladders to reach the required areas--which I'm sure affected their ability to do a better inspection and job. Regarding pest control, I had an intrusion of roaches due to a box an acquaintance had given me which contained these pests. Blitz had already treated my home, so I called them and they came back two or three more times specifically to treat the roaches which were only contained in my kitchen. They could never get rid of them, so I had to use my own old fashioned method and the roaches have not been back since that time. I definitely will not use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. I recently contacted another company and the differences in a thorough inspection and follow through were like night and day. The new company was very professional in all aspects of pest control, termite control and preventing animal intrusion into the home.

Professional and friendly service from the initial conversation with Lacey to the inspection and spraying service from Tyler. I should note that I rent my home and this company/service was provided through my property manager…that being said, they coordinated with me directly and explained everything so I was informed without having to go through a “middleman” for information. I really appreciated being treated as though I were the client, even though I wasn’t the one arranging or paying for the service. Tyler communicated well before the service to verify arrival time in advance and arrived at the agreed time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with initial questions and information before he began any work, and answered any other questions I had thoughtfully and thoroughly. Even answering questions I hadn’t thought of asking. Along with a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable company, I really value things like: being kept in the loop about arrival times so I can be prepared, understanding what the service entails so I know what to expect, and having important information shared proactively in case I don’t know the right questions to ask. Blitz Exterminators absolutely met all of those expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I called Blitz pest service due to the ratings online. I called to set up an estimate of services we needed. James was the person who came out. He discussed all of the options/cost. James was informative, knowledgeable, professional & patient.(i asked alot of questions) I already knew what services I wanted. Blitz is customer service is amazing! I decided to go with Blitz!!
