I had Northwest Exterminating come out to my home in Warner Robins today, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The technician, Michael Fisher known as Mike did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and clearly understood what he was doing. He also made sure to explain each step so I knew exactly what was happening. He carefully checked the entire property and took the time to address every concern I had, which made me feel comfortable with the approach being used.

Byron was very thorough in checking inside and outside for bugs. I was very pleased with his work.

I can’t say enough good things about the team saving me from gross bugs! These guys quickly got us set up and started treatment and I’m so happy to not be peeking around every corner inside and outside not sure what I’ll find. They’re committed to keeping us safe and pest free. Highly recommend these guys!

Professionalism

Deion and Mike were an absolute lifeline during a tricky situation we recently had. They went above and beyond and were so kind. The service level was 100/10. We have worked with Mike for years and although I wasn’t surprised with how great and responsive he’s been, we still appreciate it so much.
