A few words about my experience with pest service from Taylor Exterminating and Pest Control. Yesterday, Eric was great. Very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked us about any issues we were having - then went to it. I told him we are having some issues with some spiders and a couple of roaches. He said he would take care of it and did. I feel he went the "extra mile" for us - which was well appreciated. But this is the kind of service we get every time from them. Reasons why we are still with them for some 30+ years in three different homes in Riverdale, Fayetteville and Jonesboro.

Cody came out today to service my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was informative, polite, and clearly knowledgeable—an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this service!

We had german roach problem for about 2 years that my previous pest control company could NOT get rid of. We called Taylor Exterminating Company who was recommended by a friend in Newnan. They are gone!! 60 days in and they are GONE. They set out glue trap monitors and the first 30 days we say them but they dwindled. By 60 days we did not see one roach on the traps. Highly recommend Taylor Exterminating. And after getting several quotes for a german roach treatment they were lower than average on price. Thank you!!

I contacted Taylor Exterminating after being recommended by a realtor, for a termite letter. Suzanne was friendly in scheduling the appointment for someone to go out yesterday. I received a call today from Lynn, who tells me that the property had a former infestation and that because there was a former infestation - not active, but former (2013 and treated by the former home buyer), they refused to issue a termite letter indicating a previous infestation. Lynn stated the only way they would is if we bought an $800 treatment and a $400 vapor barrier. I told Lynn this did not make any sense. Steve (owner) calls me to tell me that this is a COMPANY policy (extort home buyers) even though he stated there is no ACTIVE infestation. If I had known that on the scheduling call, vs. being put on hold a few times and just scheduled, I would of not bothered. I ended up contacting Turin Exterminators and they were able to provide an appropriate letter confirming previous infestation and recommendations on what work should be done on the house to prevent future infestations. Turin was amazing, got out to the property same day and was able to issue a letter same day. If you're looking for quality service, keep on looking. Don't stop here. Better yet, just go to Turin.

I called to get a quote for termite and pest control. They emailed the termite quote and verbally gave the pest control quote. After having enough with the amount of roaches I had been seeing, I called them to come and spray. We scheduled an appointment, but I really needed it to be a little earlier. Luckily, the guy was in the neighborhood and called to come by earlier than expected, which was great! He did a great job! He explained that the liquid was pet and kid friendly. He even put some sticky traps out in the garage. The day after he came, we say to s of dead roaches. I couldn't believe how many were just hiding! Ewwwww! He did say that if we needed them to come out before the next time, just call.

I have been with Taylor exterminator over a year and they have been servicing both of my properties .a day before the year mark i called to cancel my service yet they claimed that still owe them money. I called several times to talk to a manager without response. And left countless msgs.but i was never called back. The customer service ladies were very rude and disrespectful Instead of seeking resolution the refused to let me talk to the supervisor or give me their name and told me they would credit my account back and i should go find myself another company since im refusing to pay them. I insisted and asked to talk to the owner.I KEPT BEING CUT OFF AND TREATED LIKE I DIDNT KNOW OR UNDERSTOOD A CONTRACT THAT I SIGNED. WAS I BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF MY ACCENT...I AM STILL GOING THERE TO TALK TO THE OWNER AND IF I CANT GET NO RESOLUTION I WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF THAT IS NOT HOW ANY BRAND OR SERVICE SHOULD TREAT THEIR HARD WORKING CLIENTELE

I am giving them two stars only because the technicians are always nice ...when they actually show up. I have lived in my house for 14 years, and had Taylor for the first 8 years. I finally canceled their pest control service because they could never seem to be on time for their scheduled appointments. I had a rodent problem in my attic several years later, and had to call them back out, and sign another contract with them. I know things happen, but how can you be consistently late to every single appointment? Today I had an appointment scheduled at 1:00, my husband ran home on his lunch break...20 minutes later there is still no technician. I called earlier this week to confirm the appointment and let them know that we are having a field mice issue in our attic again, and she verified the time. I told her I need him to be on time because my husband is coming home on his lunch break. Well to day when I called to find out where he was, she informed me that they have us down for 2 o'clock and not 1. I verified the appt time on Wednesday when I called them back. I have cancelled my account with them again, and will not be going back.

Would recommend another exterminator. Never show up when supposed to.
