I was completely mislead by the representative on the phone. Literally just moved to the area trying to find the best service for the best price. And the representative asked me what kind of pests I'm seeing or in need of service for. I explain to her that we saw a couple of roaches and also have been seeing an excessive amount of bees and spiders. The absolute worst customer service in the industry. We had so many problems getting our service started and even completed. Unfortunately, we chose this company because the price point was the best after having 6 companies in all come out for quotes. All they want is your money and nothing was done to accommodate our disappointment. Shawn and Brent (techs) were fabulous if it wasn’t for them a report the BBB would have been made.
