Abysmal service! I manage an apartment community in Newnan and used Massey for bat removal. Not only did they treat the wrong apartment they did so when the office was closed leaving us unable to give guidance. Refused to make it right instead offered me discounts in services I don’t need. Horrible customer service full of excuses! Don’t use them, they will offer a poor or wrong service, make excuses and try to sell you what you don’t want or need. Would give negative stars if I could.
