Carroll Exterminating has taken great care of us and were very quick to help us when we found evidence of a swarm several months back. They are very kind and helpful!

I've used Carroll Exterminating for years at my home and place of business. They keep a regular schedule for pest control and respond pretty quickly to any issues. Very easy service to maintain.

We've used Carroll Exterminating for over 20 years at our 'old' house. Dustyn came out recently to install the termite traps in our new place, was polite and got the job done quickly. Look forward to another 20 years with this company.

My wife was home when Doug came out. Said he was very nice and personable and that she had a great experience overall. We wanted preventative treatment to keep from getting any bugs due to living near woods and having close neighbors! He was very easy to communicate with and definitely takes the time to go over if you have any concerns how to go about them.

I had my inspection done yesterday by Rickand cannot express a more positive outcome with a technician from any trade. He provided me an excellent explanation and education of the termite swarming which was occurring during his visit including every detail about the reason for the swarming, their origin, the expected duration of the occurrence, what to expect in the near future and the harmless effect of these pests to my home. His reassurance and information of the latter was most encouraging. It was obvious he was proud of his job, was most willing to give me every detail in earnest, I could have been tested on the information! His demeanor was amiable and though these creatures were randomly landing on him, my dogs and of course, myself, he convinced me that NONE of my habitat was going to become affected in any way, telling me of their short life span and the purpose of the swarm I truly enjoyed listening and learning about all he presented. I must admit, for short intervals, I was distracted. It was a pleasant interaction ; I appreciated his enthusiasm. At the conclusion he left a brief report of what he did and a few treats for my fur babies . Excellent service in every manner. Thank you again, Rick!

I'm located in Temple, and the man who covers this area, Danny Hunter, has been great at protecting our home from pests, co0mmunication, and has gone above and beyond to help us out. For those looking to get service from them, we pay $120 every three months for them.

Let me tell you this! Doug is a star! He hit me with 1 of the funniest lines ever and he sold me within 10 seconds! He came out promptly within 24 hours. He did a great service and showed us locations of bug issues he addressed and also termite sightings locations.

The technician was helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated he took his time, thoroughly inspected the property, and gave us his full attention.

We've been with this company since we moved back to Georgia and it's been a great experience so far. Respectable, professional, and easy going when it comes to service and updating locations in their system as a home renter. Payment is not bad either. Great people and it's always a pleasure speaking with the receptionist. :)

Contacted this company for squirrel trapping and removal services from my attic. Scheduled technician to come out to my home to conduct and inspection on 3/27/24. They sent a technician out by the name of Tim to my home. According to Tim there is a family of 3 squirrels living in my attic(was even shown video of what I was told to be 2 juvenile squirrels with the mother being outdoors). The guy said he would be going back to the office to write up paperwork and talk with some other guy about getting a large enough cage to trap the entire family of squirrels. Quoted me a price for the trapping removal and sealing of entry and exit points. Said he could have it done by 3/29/24 at the latest. I thought we had a plan. Haven’t heard from the guy since. It’s now Tuesday of the following week, no quoted invoice no follow-up calls. No nothing. What kind of company are these in Atlanta that do business like this. Unreliable, non-communicative and unprofessional.

Super kind group of people who are always happy and willing to put in extra effort to resolve any pest issues. I really love working with these folks.

Good service, immediate response

This review is solely based off the fact that I was told Keith would call me to schedule me for an appointment. That never happened. I took my own time to call him and left him a voicemail. He never called me back and this is a week later. I guess he didn’t want my business. Very unprofessional to not give at least a call back or a follow up call from the lady that even referred me to him.

Danny was Awesome he did an awesome job he truly loves his job and takes such pride in what he does.It was as if he was a family member so caring and trust worthy

I had to get termite protection. They made it so easy and the prices are reasonable. Friendly folks!

We had the exterior treated for termites and the interior treated to prevent insects from making our home their home. The exterminator was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was great with our dogs and very patient. I would definitely recommend this company for pest control.

They are professional and thorough. Always give good service beyond what is needed.
