Arrow Exterminators

My initial experience with Arrow was great! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was also working from home. Once I returned to the office problems ensued. My tech began showing up at my home without an appointment and ONLY serviced the outside of my home yet left an invoice for full payment for incomplete services. On my RING you can clearly see the tech at my home for no more than 10 minutes. Earning $85 for 10 minutes of work must be nice! This was done to me for 2 consecutive quarter

We have used Arrow for the past seven years. Today the technician tells us to secure our dogs in a bedroom that doesn't have a bath. This is the first time we had ever heard this. All the previous techs have been great and there has never been a problem. This tech said it was company policy. Additionally, it seems that you have a new tech every time. They are responsible for scheduling. It seems that a company of this size would have a better scheduling system where you don't have to play phone

Don't waste your money! I have ants problem outside like most of us do. And at times I have ants problem inside. They guy came 3 times to treat inside as the problem was never resolved. Most of the stuff they do, you can do yourself with a bit of research and save yourself money. The lady at the office called me to remind me that I have to pay to renew! I said how about you fix the problem 1st with the ants that I have inside. I never heard back from them. You would think they would say, hey...
