No communication you told me that you could do the service then I called the day before but you cancelled and didn't tell me. If I didn't call you wouldn't have said anything! You didn't tell me that I didn't have the right type of grass that you supposedly don't treat which it's interesting because the guy I booked with said that he could just come do the service without doing an estimate beforehand. I called to schedule a treatment for army worms in my yard and my neighbor was already on schedule to have her yard treated and let them know i’d be calling and they told her they could do both today. When I called in the representative was rude and said there was a misunderstanding about scheduling—they wouldn’t be able to come for 3-4 days. Additionally, their pricing was super high, ranging from $185 to $270, compared to Mr. Turf’s $80. Given the poor customer service and the significant pri
