Poor service, very VERY poor communication skills. I work from home. I let the service know this. We are all supposed to be adults. Come, do your job as we discussed. Seemed to be an impossible task. I know once for mosquitoes, I advised, I did not want the normal spray of my trees due to baby birds had hatched. I was told, the technician would set out a, mosquitoes trap or box. I never saw this but did receive the bill. I called several times and was assured this box was set out. Months late

We recently used orkin and had our attic redone due to a rat issue. We agreed the rats were there and it was a problem but they also said they could patch all the holes in our house to help stop any more rats. Well if I knew they were going to do such a horrible job I would have gone with someone else. The patch jobs on the walls are incomplete and look like crap.
