After 3 years with this company I'm here to amend my review from five stars to one. Everything was great until last year they started with the price increases I understand but they just announced this year another 8% pricing increase I do not understand why these companies think they can continually squeeze us until we have nothing left to give. I'm not happy with this company and I'm actively shopping around for another pest control company I suggest you look elsewhere.

I loved Lanette(I don’t know if I’m spelling her name right) she was so sweet, she got me scheduled in for Eric to come out who was very knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with a plan for termite prevention. I’m thankful for everyone. Matt(I hope I got his name right) was awesome came out swiftly with projected rain and to beat the rain he asked if he could come out early. That awesome God bless!

Nice folks, but they can't solve my rat problem. I live in Newnan, but I've been working with the Columbus office. I hired them 8 months ago to stop rats from entering my crawlspace, and the rats are still there. NW can't figure out how they're getting in, and the problem is worse than when I hired them. The rats are entering my HVAC ducts, and I had to put screens on all of my vents so they don't enter the house. Every time I raise the issue, they come back out, but they don't have any new ideas or solutions. They just shrug their shoulders. They sold me a solution that doesn't work, and it feels like bait & switch. I've requested to work out a deal where we end the contract and I receive a partial refund, but they won't comply. They just send other people out to "inspect," and it never goes anywhere. NW is probably OK for minor pest & wildlife control. They're attentive, and they come when scheduled. I would NOT hire them for any kind of serious issue, as they don't seem to have the expertise needed to take care of issues like mine. UPDATE: if you work with them, please double check your contract. There's a clause in there that protects them from actually having to successfully do exclusion work: "This Agreement does not guarantee against present or future nuisance/pest/rodent damage to building or contents, or provide repairs or compensation therefore." I learned this the hard way, thousands of dollars in damages later. I'd highly recommended working with a different company.

Changing my positive review because I just learned they did a shoddy job on the attic squirrel exclusion we paid thousands of dollars for in 2022. We are getting bids for close to $4K to redo their work, and when I look at the photos and see the assessments, I found out they (Northwest) used simple spray insulation foam to "block" some of the holes and failed to put metal flashing (except one 6-inch piece) where the roof meets the house. They also put silver metal on the outside of our house, which looks really bad and I later learned that more conscientious companies try to match your home for aesthetics. Unfortunately we were out of the country when they did it, so didn't see it until we got back. Definitely did NOT do as promised in this email from Eric Grigsby: "When we exclude for rats (or squirrels or bats or snakes etc) we start at the very top of the home at the ridge vent, screen/cover it, screen/cover all roof and attic vents, seal the chimney, seal the entire roof line, and examine and seal all soffits. Then working our way down we examine the exterior walls for any rodent entry points to include all conduit entry points. We examine/ seal all foundation vents. We examine the point of contact where the exterior walls meet the foundation or sill plates of crawlspaces. (You have massive gaps in yours.) Then continue down to where the foundation meets the earth. This is all coupled with the placement of traps inside the home, never using poison bc we don't want dead things in the walls, and coordinated with interior pest control for continued trap checks/removal and ongoing monitoring."

They stole MY HOSE! They unraveled it and put in a different hose that was laying next to the original gray one! Now i’m going to have to take money out of my pocket to buy another hose that was stolen! UNBELIEVABLE! The only reason they won’t admit they took it is because of the bad name it will leave them but this is just unacceptable and unnecessary.

Bought a house with a termite bond. Was asked to continue and declined. Was told if I didn't renew they would remove all stations. I do not have a contract but was told it was a one year bond from house purchase. These stations was in the ground and purchased with thr home now get informed they own them. Not in my contract that some company has a claim. On something on my property. Never had this in over 20+ years of homeownership that you cannot Change exterminators,that they can do whatever they want on your Land.

My bill was increased by over 33% and I was never notified. I DO NOT do business with companies like that. As a 100% Disabled Veteran who has numerous spinal issues, I am unable to do all of the applications it takes in order to take care of my yard without serious pain. Looks like I’ll have to start being in pain all the time now, THANKS.

I have been paying for termite service for the last 6 years. When they first came out to put the bait traps out they were very friendly and perfeasional. I haven't seen them but 2 more times since then within 6 years. One time was because I said I wasn't paying them until someone came out to at least tell me if I have any termintes. The second time was today to come pick up the bait traps. Wasn't even notified they were coming today. After telling them I was not paying this year because I never see them come out and replace or check the bait traps. Out of six years, paying 286.00 a year for termite service and only hearing from them through a annual email of a 286.00 bill to pay.
