I received an email to make a review so this is the only reason that I am voicing my disappointment online. Knox is a great company. I have been with them since 2019 and NEVER had an issue. We bought a new home, we signed a new contract, and kept the service on now rental property. Our new house experienced an ant issue so I called Knox and they came right on out the next day or two. About 5 days went by and the problem seemed to be getting worse so I called them that Monday and the young lady answered and the said the schedule out to lunch so she would leave a message to call me back. I did not receive a call back so I called first Tuesday morning. The young said th3 scheduler was not in just yet but she would have her call me back. I said "No. I want to speak to someone who can help me because I was told the same thing yesterday and did not receive a call back. She patched me through to another "scheduler", who said that she could not assist because I was not in her area. The receptionist called me back an hour later and said they would come out that Friday. Bye bye Knox. I called a new company and they came the following day PLUS I have not seen any ants since they left. I hate this happened because I really loved my pest technician, Mr. Larry. But I will not pay a company for services who treats me like garbage after several years of services. You could still give them a try as this is just my bad experience with them so I had to cut ties. ****Response to owner**** I want to touch on a statement in your response stating "it is our understanding that our Manager reached out to you to try and remedy for you." Your "manager" contacted me several days AFTER this post was made but DID NOT respond to complaints that I called in to report. During the call, your manager apologized for the miscommunication and in the same breath asked when I would like to schedule services. I still stand on my review saying that your communication is terrible and my problem has YET to be addressed. Now, I did you a favor by putting some nice things in my review as I do not bash a business just offer my opinion. However, if another response is made on this app making it appear that you took time to address my issue, I will respond accordingly. Furthermore, you responded 3 weeks after this review as if that is helping your "remedy". I have also included photos of how your company as "remedied" this issue. Good day!

I was sold on empty promises. Their sales person made claims that the service team would not comply with. Then charged .e for canceling their services.

This Knox employee sat in his car after pumping gas for 5 mins. The gas station was very busy and he could have pulled over to the parking lot! This is Aug 19 at 2:30pm

We attribute that to having an awesome team of professionals that truly care about the level of service that we offer and about how we interact with our community. In the rare occasion that we get a rating that is less than 5 stars, we quickly try and work with our customer to earn that 5 star rating. In this particular case we do not agree that it is truly accurate or fair to give an entire family company a 1 star rating based on one instance where our driver took 5 minutes too long at a gas station. Recently moved to the area in February. Had a random person show up in may to do a termite inspection. Said they tried contacting us about an appointment. Keep in mind they were calling the previous owners as they are the customers for this account. Advised the man that we just bought this house and did not need a termite inspection as we had one done with our va loan. Pest control guy stated it was paid for by the previous owners so it wouldn’t cost us anything. Fast forward to today and we get a bill in the mail for services we did not request. We are not a customer of this establishment,. So how can you bill someone 4 months later and them not be a customer?? The bill received even has previous owners name under “site owner” but wants to use my husbands name as the customer. Terrible business.

Was not informed that pest control services were being performed on a day I was out of town. Received a bill for the full amount. Called to ask how they’d done service the particular day invoiced because we were out of town and had not spoken with anyone. “Tara” was extremely rude and said they still did outside service that day and had the “GPS” coordinates to prove it. I’ve been with Knox for almost 9 years and they know very well, as it’s dictated on my account, that no one enters onto my property without someone being home due to pet risks, landscaping risks, etc. I did not have a scheduled appointment that day due to being out of town. Informed them they better remove the “mistaken invoice” or I would call the local police to report trespassing. Please be careful with this company!

We are having rat problem at our home for last several months. Knox has charged us a lot of money for blocking holes etc. But we still have rats inside our home. 3 weeks back we saw rat inside and we called Knox. A Knox guy came, checked and said there wasn't any rat inside. He still blocked some "holes" outside and charged money. We went out of town for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, we still see rats inside, and food items chewed on. I have lost confidence on their expertise on rodent control. This is very frustrating. We have spent about $1500 in the last two months to control rats, but we still have rats inside.

Called and had to be transferred to get called back to talk prices, had to get called back to schedule appointment, had to get a call back to talk about what I needed done. Was expecting to to be serviced on a certain date but couldn't get that date because it was to late to get scheduled that date. Just kinda to all over the place for me. Luckily I found another company that came out the same day and no contract needed thanks Arrow. Someone else might actually like the service part if they actually get the visit.

Still have the same issue because of unprofessionalism. and Knox not being trustworthy paid over for bedbug treatment which I still have called them back several times to no avail saying they could not any later a tech informed me home was left untreated. I am a senior citizen,honorable discharged veteran and to receive this type of unfair treatment is truly absurd

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with! I wouldn't recommend this company to any one. The managers are unprofessional and could not care less about any complaints you may have. Following up with customer concerns is not a priority. I could go on and on but I'm not. I'm simply going to warn any future customers to stay far, far away from Knox!!!!!!

They were great for two years. When the manager left, it went down hill from there. We had this young man come to our house and spend 5 minutes there. He didn't even bother asking what the trouble spots were. We called to complain and they said that he would not be coming to our house anymore. The next month he was back. I called to complain again and they still sent him out. When I called to cancel they said they canceled it and didn't offer an apology. A month later I got a bill and found out my service was never canceled. I would not recommend this company.
