The staff is extremely rude. The receptionist had no problem telling me she was too busy to answer my question and put me on hold. 10 minutes later she returned to the call just to hang up. I gave it one more try only to have an identical experience. Needless to say, I never got the information I was seeking. I called a competitor and was treated with the respect and care a CUSTOMER should. I wouldn't recommend this "business" to anyone.

These people are not good people to do business with. The guy in charge at the Woodruff branch lied to the Dept of Labor when my husband was thrown from an auger while working for this company, so that they wouldnt have to pay anything towards his unemployment after they terminated his position because his arm was fractured. He offered to do any other kind of work until the 4 weeks were up, but the guy said "No, if you cant do that job then we don't need you." -- That's fine -- but then to lie and say he fired my husband due to poor attendance? Especially when we have the ER visit documentation - dated, and the Dr.s notice-- the only 4 days my husband missed and that was during a weekend as well! I'm of the opinion that anyone who would stoop so low on a family at Christmas...are not good people to enter intoa ny sort of contract or business with!

The technician showed up at our apartment pissed off because someone showed up from orkin the day before. He was rude, and cursing every other word. I expect crappy work from this jerk.
