The company's staff is always helpful and able to answer questions you may have about the various services. Additionally, they are very cost effective. I would not use anyone else for pest control, termite inspection, mosquito control, etc. Love this company.

Jarrod’s has been very good to work with in solving our pest problems. Nobody’s perfect, but everyone on staff has been been at least courteous, and sometimes down right enthusiastic about resolving issues. Several folks there have gone above and beyond more than once. Definitely recommend.

For over 14 years of using various services with Jarrod’s Pest Control, I have had no complaints. I have always received friendly and professional service. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Joshua after we noticed rat droppings in our garage. He came out, set traps, and by the next day the rats were caught. What I appreciated most is that even after the rats were immediately caught, they continued to follow up and conduct periodic checks before officially closing the job. Joshua did an excellent job, and I truly enjoyed our conversations. Prayerfully, we won’t see any more rats in the garage, but if we do, I will definitely contact Jarrod’s and request Joshua. Thank you to Jarrod’s Pest Control, Wildlife, and the entire staff for consistently providing excellent service. And a special thanks again to Joshua! I’ve been with Jarrod 7yrs and I’ve never had any issues at all. Not bugs or roaches anything and I live in the water. If I do they already dead lol. I appreciate them. I’ll never change leave them. Thanks.

First off Jarrod and all of his team are nice people, every one of the guys that worked on the job were very professional and courteous. My big issue is I paid over $2,000 to have them install 2 pieces of metal flashing (4x6 L pieces on my roof that probably cost them $2), use spray foam on a few holes, and removed a squirrel nest in our attic. Never caught the squirrel, took their traps back after a week after sealing the last hole and called it a done job. I do not feel that the service provided was worth their price, if I wasnt disabled I could have done exactly what they did and it would have cost me an hour and a few dollars. Because of this I would not reccomend them for wildlife removal jobs. They have a lot of good reviews from the pest control service, but many other reviews mention overcharging - wish I had read reviews more carefully.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They never showed up the two times a week they agreed to to check the traps. When I informed them that we hired them for squirrels not rats (which was fine- a fixable misunderstanding) the owner, Jarrod took it upon himself to charge my card $1,200 (the remainder of the contract) without authorization stating that “he felt I wasn’t going to pay” even though we had already paid $1,200 for their terrible service. This company is an unethical scam and I would stay away at all costs. Jarrod did; however, refund the $1,200 he unlawfully charged after his realization that was a criminal act.

Zero for this company: Jarrod came to my home and investigated potential squirrel intrusion in my attic. I had been hearing noises and had no idea of the origins. My guess was squirrels. I was told there was evidence of squirrel invasion in my attic. Fine. I agreed and paid for a contract to eradicate the squirrels. A couple of days later Jarrod’s guys showed up to get rid of the squirrels which included attaching a trap to my vent window from my attic. I was good with that. Two weeks go by, no squirrels were captured in the trap. Still fine. As it turns out, I had no attic infestation of squirrels, all along I was hearing squirrels chewing on the water pipes on my roof. Still fine. Jarrod’s workers came and removed traps from my vent window and damaged my shutters. I told the company about the damage to my shutters and they refused to fix the shutters. Not cool Jarrod. All it took was a little glue to get my shutters right. My 78 year old daddy got up in the attic to glue my shutters back. You guys suck. Following up: Jarrod I reached out to your company when the incident happened. I was told there was no evidence that your workers damaged my shutters. Jarrod, your people screwed the trap directly to my shutters!!!! It seems pretty clear that damage could happen when you screw a trap directly onto my shutters! I was basically told that I was crazy and your company had no intention of resolving my problem. I’m still super pissed that my 78 year old daddy had to fix your company’s damage to my home. Your company is reprehensible. I signed and paid for a $1,400 contract. What’s a little glue Jarrod??? You can send me a refund. You have my address.

Hired to remove mice and they came out a few times, they placed traps but no mice.I still have traps in the attic they haven't checked in months.

Called to see about having my yard sprayed for fleas and other stuff and was quoted 400.00. Going back to unlimited lawns for 95.00

They will give u an agreement of what they are going to do, but only do half of it and still charge full price...owners are not customer friendly
