the young guy in the red pest control car was swerving in and out of lanes and then riding my tail going 80+mph on the highway. if i would have braked he would've went right into my car. then proceeds to speed around me smiling. this company sure needs to monitor the way their employees are driving. he could have easily cause a bad wreck today.

They definitely kill bugs dead!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience with All-Star Pest Control in Columbus, GA. I was charged for a service that, based on my home security camera footage, I do not believe was completed. The technician rang my doorbell, returned to her car, left for a short period, then came back and remained in the vehicle. At no point did my cameras show her treating my yard. When I went to the office to discuss this and offer to show the footage, I was spoken to in an extremely disrespectful manner. The owner raised his voice, refused to listen to my explanation, and stated that he would believe his technician regardless of what I said. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. He then directed me to speak with his son, which was very kind, but they still refuse to review my video footage, and I have yet to receive a refund. I am a kind and reasonable person, and I always try to treat others the way I want to be treated. Unfortunately, I left this interaction feeling hurt and embarrassed. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. I sincerely hope they reflect on how they treat their customers.

My sister has this company and when she went to report a worker she was treated so badly. I don't know how a company can stay in business with this type of attitude. I would not let them service my enemy.!!!!!!!!!!

Called for inspection for Refi. Date was scheduled was a no show.. I called only to be informed tech got sick.. rescheduled for next day same time. . No sho.. I called left message even text number informed to text.. no-show.. no text returned... no call back.

Horrible customer service. Matt is a very dishonest man and lacks integrity. I terminated my contract in writing and he continues to send his workers to my home monthly. I have stated that I no longer want their services and they continue to trespass on my property.

Do not use Allstar pest control!!!!!! I am a veteran with severe PTSD, I asked them to call me before coming out. Easy right? Wrong, talk about calls starting at around 8am and me with insomnia, one call to voicemail and wait till I call back, nope!!! 6 calls then the termite guy banging on my door like law enforcement, with no answered call, tried to help the little guy who owns a business. But I'm not going to pay for them to do what they want. Oh and price?? Upped 3 times in a very short time. Is a phone call too much to ask for??

Be advised if you hire this company. I was told I could cancel my service whenever I wanted to. I tried to cancel and was told I could not cancel until my 12 month agreement had ended. (Nowhere on the contract does it say we are in a 12 month agreement either) When asking them not to come back to my property they then threatened to sue me. I’ve never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service.

I made an appointment for them to come out to spray they said between 1-3pm I called 15 minute to 3 to make sure they where coming . The lady going to tell me my paperwork was missed place and I took off work for NOTHING. 😡THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I LOST A WHOLE DAY PAY FOR NOTHING. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Advise business that due to the rain, I wanted reschedule my appointment time for all services at once outside and inside if possible. I was advice I couldn't do that and the outside must be done and it doesn't state that in the contract. I felt they just still wanted to charge my card and didn't want to complete all the services.

Very unprofessional. The man in the office is the owner I believe. Very rude!! Sells a good story but never keeps his end of the deal. Monthly visits are not continuousl. They only come if THEY feel you need it. Not because you KNOW you have pests. I would not EVER recommend this company.

They are very unprofessional, they have a very high turn over rate on their employees so you basically have a different woman spray your home every month and the "office" manager is very rude and doesn't take complaints serious. They make you sign a 12 month contract and at first they are good then they start slacking I will never ever use this business ever again. They do not keep their word and the man that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. They only hire women to do monthly maintenance inside your home and they cannot keep employees for more than 2 months at a time. Just horrible customer service
