Bought supplies through Amazon. When I tried to return the product, they denied the request saying it wasn't eligible for return. When I pushed back and went to Amazon to complain, Jerrod finally approved the return but then charged me a restocking fee saying that the product hadn't been returned in time. If they hadn't delayed the return by denying it to begin with, it wouldn't have been ONE DAY late. It's the lying -- no bueno.
