Horrible horrible!! The technicians they send out do not care about their job! They do not listen or help. I will never use them again! The woman technician also made racist comments about my neighbors!
I have been very pleased with my actual exterminators. However, the bookkeeping leaves much to be desired. I’ve asked repeatedly to receive an electronic bill (that I was told by the owner was available.) Instead my account was electronically debited without my permission. It even overdrew my account. I was reimbursed though. Recently they’re saying I’m late. I’m like, “how can I be late if you’re debiting my account?” She replied that was a while ago. I asked her to let me look over my records. Today I find they’ve debited $30.00 from my account. I’m canceling service when I get back. 5 stars for my exterminator and 0 stars for office/bookkeeping.
Not good service I have more pest now then when I started and when I complained they come up with excuses as to why it's not working and refused to cancel contract unless I buy out. Do NOT RECOMMEND!
Don't use them they lie and no matter how much the spray it don't do anything. Very rude on phone as well . Charge you and don't even come out.
Pesty John's sprayed our house 9 times for 7 months, we had more roaches then we had when they started. All the managers cared about was being payed. I even showed the exterminator pictures and every time he had a bs excuse. I want my payments back. I payed for a service that I never got!!!!!!! More like -5 star. My mother even canceled service and has been with Pesty John's for over 8 years. How bad is that!!!!!
Extremely disappointed. If you cancel your service, do it in writing. Called the office on August 15th and spoke with Laurie to cancel our service. Was told it was taken care of and to call if we needed anything in the future. Today (8/29/17) a technician is ringing our doorbell. We inform him we have canceled our service and he says to cancel you have to do it in writing. So we call the office again and Laurie, again, answers the phone. We tell her the situation, that we had already spoken to her to cancel, and her response was "well if you had actually called the office we would have told you that over the phone". I have the date, time, and who we spoke to saved in my phone and they are still trying to say we didn't actually call them. Also not happy with the pest control in general. Worked well for about 2 years and then got a new technician a few months ago. He sprays each month and each month the amount of pests doesn't change or increases.
I highly advise going elsewhere. I've had numerous scheduling issues occur, and no apologies until I cancelled my service. I was still charged the regular monthly fee even though they came on the wrong day/time TWICE. They refused to reimburse me for the $64 that THEY screwed up. Please do NOT use this company.
I have done business with Pesty John's since they opened their doors. They have done my monthly pest control, termite treatment, and taken care of any critter that has tried to get in the house. I have always had outstanding service with their products as well as excellent customer service. They have shown up when scheduled and if I ever had an issue or additional problem they have been quick to respond. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.
This company is lucky Google won't give less than 1 star. Completely unprofessional and lazy employees. Left a mess inside and outside of my home. They won't return phone calls and from the looks of their staff, they won't perform background checks either.
