I called on a Friday afternoon when I discovered we had bats and David came immediately in 30min. Him and his staff had been nothing but professional and amazing when it comes taking care of our home and making us feel comfortable with the process. I world total recommend these guys to anyone. Communication was amazing when it came to scheduling. World most definitely recommend them.

The Outdoors Group was amazing. David went above and beyond to help us out with bats in my in laws house. The job was completed quickly and we are 100% bat free! Everyone can rest easy again.

David Hunsucker and his team are true professionals. He discovered flying squirrels in the attic of a rental home that we own in Atlanta, where we had previously paid for an exclusion service from another company. Hopefully, we will never have to use his services again, but will gladly call the Outdoors Group if needed. Not only are the squirrels gone, but the team left the area spotless. I also enjoyed the little bit of visiting I had with David. A great man!

David was the technician who came out to my home to remove birds that had nested in my exhaust fan vent and to secure the exterior area where they had gained access. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. David went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining everything he was doing, providing recommendations for treating my home afterward, and even referring me to a pest control company for additional support. I had a great experience with The Outdoors Group, David was extremely helpful wasn't even pushy like how other companies be in regards to getting the job opportunity. He had a great knowledge of what will look and how it will look with structure of my house. We had out entire yard redone with new design and plants front and back even we are working on getting our backyard redone so that we can enjoy our family time. If I had any issue he addressed it right away taking care of all my problem, David was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me through out my project. Will recommend them for sure and will work with him in future too.

I was hearing all kinds of noises above my master bedroom(in the attic) for a long time. I asked my pest control company to check in to it. They made 3 trips and could not figure out what it was!!! They placed a trap in the attic but the noises continued for another 3 weeks; sometimes it seemed as if there was a party going on, except I was not invited. Luckily, I was able to find "The Outdoors Group" online. I spoke with David (The owner). He met with me the next day and did a thorough inspection of the attic and completely checked out all around the home outside. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately that I had flying Squirrels in my attic. He took the time to educate me about these type of squirrels, their habitat and a detailed plan to take care of the problem. He immediately scheduled a time for his team to come to my home. Two days later, David and his staff came. I have a 5000 SF home. They inserted steel plates all around the roof, not just the problem spots. Then, placed some traps in the attic. Then we waited a week. I started to notice less and less noise coming from the attic. Needless to say, this is an incredible company and the owner, David, is so professional, efficient and honest about the whole process. He is so supportive, taking care to quell any worries and believe me, I had worries as it's not a comfortable feeling knowing your home is being invaded. I am so happy that I found "The outdoors Group". I was so impressed by them that I referred my neighbor who had the same problem. He is equally pleased and keeps thanking me for the referral. Prior to using The Outdoors Group I had a pest control company attempt to rid my attic of squirrels. After they had made several attempts, with no success, I called David with The Outdoors Group. I wish I had done that sooner, because they were very professional at their task and also responded to my problem. No longer have any squirrels rustling about. I was very pleased with the service I received from Dave. He was very informative and explained how squirrels were getting into my house and how to get rid of them. He completed the work to "squirrel proof" my house in a reasonable time. And even cleaned my gutters. 😁. I highly recommend their services.

David was great and gave a lot of valuable information on how to make my home more secure in the future unfortunately they dont work on trailers but was still extremely understanding and helpful

We had David come out and take a look at a rodent problem we were having. Unfortunately they do not work on trailers but he gave us some tips on how to fix our issues I would 100% recommend them to anyone

I called The Outdoor Group and spoke to David - Said "I have Bats" he laughed, then I asked if he could get rid of them, he said "we do it all the time." I scheduled a meeting and showed him where they were, a couple days later he showed up with his team and did a whole house exclusion from the roof caps to my gutters to the ground and all small openings in between. Very thorough and showed me areas I didn't know were good nesting places for bats. Long story short He and his guys got rid of my bats and sealed up all the areas where they could nest. He's called me a couple times checking to make sure I hadn't seen any. They service more than Bats, so if you have any critters you don't want give him a call. Thanks David - you DA MaN!

I am very pleased with the service. He was prompt. There were no surprises. I'm usually very skeptical about dealing with services in that the charges usually go up each time from the original price but not with the Outdoor Group. Trust me you have to really work for me to give five star. I would use them again, hands down.

David, the owner, and his crew are absolutely a gift from heaven! We are 78 and 83 and would have never been able to clean out our basement and get rid of the rodents without their expertise, their muscles, and their great attitudes! They sealed our whole house one day and then moved everything out of our basement to treat with disinfectant the next day. They helped to get a dumpster, and after they brought numerous boxes all up to our garage, we had the chance to go through it all before we dumped it! Even our children would not help!!! Every penny we spent on this experience was worth it! The OUTDOORS GROUP are truly a God send!

I moved to ATL almost 2 years ago and have been dealing with squirrels in my attic…(better than aliens I suppose 😁) I used other pest control options and they just could not get the animals gone! Excellent Service – Problem Solved! David from The Outdoor Group was fantastic! He quickly took care of the squirrels that were chewing through my attic light cables and made sure they won’t be back. On top of that, he did a great job cleaning out the gutters—fast, clean, and professional. Highly recommend The Outdoor Group, especially if you want the job done right the first time!
