These guys are FANTASTIC. Let me tell you why. It all started when we found a snake skin in our basement. It was over five feet long. A snake in my house?? I was going nuts. I called our termite people, but they don't do snakes. We found Pro-X and they came right over. Yup, they said, we have a rat snake...and rats, too. We said we don't see any. They said our rat snake was taking care of them. Plus, we had bats. Bats? Yup. After their inspection they showed us the bat poop in the attic -- nasty stuff. Of all the problems they said that was the most dangerous. It's powdery and if it gets into the house can cause serious health issues. But they took care of everything. Traps to catch the snake in case it was still in the house. Found every place in the house where snakes could get in. Buttoned everything down and now we just pay an annual insurance to keep it that way. So far, no animals. Peace of mind is so worth it.

Bats got in my attic. Pro-X rectified the issue, performed a full exclusion, and guaranteed their work with a great warranty. When flying squirrels chewed through, they came out promptly and took care of it for free (standing by their warranty) and repaired the damaged area. Great company!

Went above and beyond for us!! We called at 8pm thinking we had just one bat in our house, turns out it was way more in the attic, and he was at our house handling it in about 30 minutes! Not only did he tackle that, but he fixed a couple things on the house while he was at it. Great company and will definitely use them again if we ever need it!

This time last year I was having an issue with squirrels in the attic. Pro X came out and assessed the situation. They did a full exclusion outside which included the roofline and vents. They cleaned up the attic, taped up wires which had been chewed, and blew in new insulation. They also came back out and resolved an issue with something which had not been done correctly the first time. Patrick and his crew are very professional and do an excellent job! For the last year I have had no more issues with squirrels getting in the attic. I highly recommend Patrick and Pro X if you are having an issue with squirrels!

Upon discovering bats in my attic, I researched critter removal companies and found a recommendation for Pro-X. I contacted them late evening and received a prompt callback, scheduling an appointment for the next day. Their team demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and a caring attitude, with a quick response time. The following week, they safely removed the bats, sanitized, replaced insulation, and sealed entry points. Hopefully, I won't need critters or bats removed again but if I do, I will definitely call them again.

I highly recommend Patrick's service. He gave prompt attention to my bat invasion, and with TJ, worked quickly and professionally to clean and deodorize my attic. They installed vent guards to prevent further bats entering, while ridding my home of current infestation. Excellent customer service. He also sealed spots around my house that would have allowed rodent entry. Thorough and knowledgeable, he explained step-by-step his process. He offers great customer service and I found them very nice, efficient and conscientious.
