This company is a joke. Just look at how they perform their work. This guy told me he was supposedly the boss. Ain’t this an OSHA violation or something? Ladder all over my high voltage electrical. Ladder not properly secured. Ruined the conduit pipe. Had to fight with the “boss” just to get him to take responsibility and fix it. These people are unsafe and seem very unethical. Not professional at all. For your reply I replied to your reply via the email you gave me. How come no one has emailed me back? Again this company is a scam.

Bought a house and had a contract with these people. They came out today to harass my wife about renewing their service for another year. She explained to them that I would call them when I wake up, because I work night shift, and they yelled at her before digging up and removing their equipment. I've used their service in forsyth County and never had any issues but somehow out here in douglas county these people are absolutely crazy. Thank God I missed out on the experience of dealing with these people. I'll be calling another company asap.......I suggest anyone in the area use any company other than this one. They have never once mailed me any information or bothered to call about anything.....just showed up yelling and threatening. Thank God I slept through the experience. Lol. I'll do some research into other places and come back to suggest better options, though at this point any option is better than these people

The office called and rescheduled me twice saying she thought the service tech would be in my area the day she scheduled me for but she was mistaken. I can understand one time .. but 2 times? I just cancelled out of frustration. I have a bad first impression with using this company so I will look elsewhere

Technician lost payment, but did not notify ofc. Homeowner rec'd. 2nd bill, upon inquiring on status, was told to do a stop payment on check & write another one. We were reimbursed for stop payment charge, but not for inconvenience.
Had a problem and they fixed it they were very nice about it

Left massage they still have not called me back
We have used Northwest Exterminating for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. Very courteous and friendly. We use the regular service as well as the sentricon treatment for termites.
Was not aware they were coming to my house until 3 minutes prior, other than that the gentleman was very professional and kind.
