So I received a call from Jake Toney from Orkin. I put my information out there on Angi’s and received a called. At first it started off very professional I told him I needed rodents removed from my attic also insulation removal and replacement. He took a look around my home inside and out the attic as well. At first I had good thoughts of Orkin. I called them and they were professional & got me scheduled. However, by one mistake lead to a disaster. She entered the wrong zip code. So I had to call them back & rescheduled. My problem got worse with the wasps in my house. I tried to make a sooner appointment with them, & they said they'd call me back. They never did. I waited for my original appointment, which was for 8-10 am. I called to confirm my appointment to find out I was scheduled for 1-5pm

I pulled up to a gas station and found a medium size dog stuck in a orkin vehicle not running with the window slightly rolled down on one side. The man left his dog in the truck over 30 minutes at 80 degree weather with high humidity. Called the company and was told I'd be able to talk to a manager and they never returned my calls. I feel this is the best way to allow people to know what to expect when dealing with this company. Dog abuse like this is disgusting. The man remain unpunished and I
