Scott Lewis is an excellent technician. He is prompt, courteous, and efficient. He takes his time and does not race through the job and he is thorough. We’ve been using Scott several years for treatment for carpenter bees, and he is excellent. Hard-working, honest, all around good employee.

Horrible company to do business with we originally set up service after the real estate company I work for has been recommending them for years After the $600 initial set up fee we were paying $50 a month for a couple of months we were still having problems with spiders and my Center house, and every time they came out to spray and not only that the termite service was supposed to be done quarterly and they only came out once in one year to check the termite stations and then after reporting this, we to a different pest control company and after we went with another company, they sent us a bill for $100 saying it was past due and not only that when they came to pick up the termite them up broke three out of the eight lids so I cannot use them anymore for anything and they came out unannounced. Please do not do business with this company.

When we first started using bughouse 2 years ago the technician Bobby was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our home was protected. Since Bobby left we have gotten nothing but horrible technicians. Jacob on two separate occasions came out and both times he didn't do the service but we were charged like he did so. The lady at the office when I called to complain was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all unless you want to pay for a service and not receive the product or want to be treated like garbage.

They come out within 24 hours to take care of ur problem...
