Junior was as always the best at making sure he got to all the areas that needed to be covered for us. He really takes his time and makes sure to access the areas that we said might need attention and goes beyond what is needed to help us. The ladies in the office and Karen always send him out asap!!

As always, Randall called ahead, was on time, answered any questions and completed his work in a timely manner.

Since using Multi-Pest for our bug problem and termite protection we have been virtually free of any pests. Multi-Pest has performed an outstanding job in keeping us bug free. We liked him he’s very friendly and we said something. He made sure that he checked so whatever we asked him to do that was fantastic because I had some a few ants in my bathroom and a few ants in the closet and he took care of the issue for us before it got out hand, very nice person

Some service men are very good, some are not. Some are lazy and rush through their job. Some pay attention to details and do very good. We have them for our restaurant

Windy and I have been a customer for years. We recently put our house on the market and have a contract to close on May 31st. We had a termite inspection scheduled for May 14th. They called us and cancelled/rescheduled the inspection for May 15TH AND NEVER SHOWED UP. And then they rescheduled for May 2st. Our realtor called them and asked if they could do the inspection any sooner and was told NO. She explained that this would delay the closing and was told that they could not come out before the 21st plus it would take a few days to get the report completed. So I called to confirm what I was told by our realtor and was told the same. I also told them that this would delay the closing and the gentleman that I was speaking to was the same person our realtor spoke with. He did not, and would never admit that the re-scheduling of the appointment to the 21st was due to something on their end and not ours. If I could give this company a "ZERO" rating I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. BEWARE...HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
