A few months ago, this company did a free termite inspection and give me a quote for full treatment of my house. I had a free inspection coupon and asked the technician if there was any cost for the inspection and quote before he started. He said no, did the inspection and gave me an invoice that says no charge, paid in full. A month later I got a bill for $50 and called the office. The woman was rude, said I still owed them for the “free” inspection and they didn’t take coupons from the national Terminix organization - how was I to know that? I said well, then your technician made a mistake, because I have an invoice for the inspection that says no money is owed. Instead of admitting their mistake and winning my business for future treatment, they have created an unhappy customer where I will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE and will spread the word about their terrible customer service. They keep billing me $50 each month and I will continue to write more reviews to warn people to beware of this company. Would love to go to court and show judge the paid in full invoice I have and teach them an expensive lesson in customer service. The court costs they will be liable for when they lose will be far more than $50.

I spoke to Karen, set up appointment, and they sent out Richard. Richard was the most experienced person that I have spoke to regarding insects. He arrived, set up a plan, and got rid of my bee problem. From the first call to Karen and finishing up with Richard, great experience.

They were great about getting out to us and working around our schedule... When we bought our house, they were also super easy to deal with transferring our termite Bond from the previous owner over to us.
