Customer service was absolutely ridiculous. The first time I called I scheduled the appointment for 8 to 11. Nobody showed up we had to call just to find out nobody was available for that day. Second time we scheduled they didn’t come on the scheduled time even though we told them we had to be at work at a certain time when I called back to check on the update of when the technician would be out I got hung up on and had to call back again and then instead of apologizing to the customer Melissa g

I’m so disappointed in the service and the quality of the products. They have no system, organization, or care for the customer. I’m still waiting on a call back for the second treatment and I never received a receipt for the first initial service. I need the service but the hassle of getting them to provide it in my area is seeming to be a problem. I’ve seen more bugs now than I saw before the service. I hired Orkin for full extermination both inside and outside of home on a monthly basis biggest complaint that I had was fire ants and mosquitoes . We had a previous Company who did an excellent job hardly ever seen any fire ants and mosquitoes were minimal . unfortunately scheduling issues we couldn’t be here when the company needed to be . Orkin said no problem they could take care of this job they have caused an absolute nightmare for us in less than 30 days to the point where we cannot walk
