Active Pest Control

I've been a costumer of All Good Pest Control for quite a while. I have multiple properties and was very happy with their personal service - UNTIL now that they've changed owners to Active Pest Control. I must say Active Pest control are the worst customer service. I'm very frustrated trying to get someone on the phone. This company has major internal problems. They are using systems for invoicing, appointments, etc. that do not work for the customers. For whatever reasons, none of their systems communicate with each other. I asked them to please schedule all appointments with me personally before coming to spray our home. I liked the young guys working hard that came to my house for skeeter control. However, having been with Allgood OVER a year, they've had OVER half the appointments either screwed up, me not being notified but placed on a schedule without my knowledge or wrong appointment date given to me.
