A very special thank you to SSI Handyman Services technicians Josh and Tripp who provided exceptional service at our condo today. They were professional, personable, experienced, and displayed incredible perseverance on a challenging project to attach a dryer vent line and install a continuous duct from our unit's dryer, through the air gap space between the ceiling of the parking garage and common area breezeway to successfully exhaust to the exterior of the condominium building. Well done! My husband and I highly recommend Josh and Tripp.

Professional, knowledgable, friendly, punctual, thorough. These are adjectives I would use to describe them. They answer the phone, show up when they say and do what they promised. And the price was reasonable. Put them on your list of important people when you need work done on your home.

We called this company because we had a roach issue (which wasn’t too bad yet) and a couple rats helping themselves to our home. They gave us a date for when they would have a technician come out for the initial visit where they would spray inside and outside of the house, fill our rat bait boxes with poison (we bought our own boxes because they wanted to charge us $100 per box), and put bait around inside to kill what was already inside. They never showed up on the date given. Then, a week and seventeen complaints later, someone showed up. This guy came in, sprayed the cabinets under my kitchen sink, sprayed one line along the baseboard in my closet, and sprayed one corner of my house outside. They didn’t put any rat bait in the house or boxes. The roaches got so out of control after they left it’s like the spray made them multiply by the thousands almost overnight. None of them were dying either. When they tried to come back I told them I had a new company that was actually working unbelievably fast and they tried to take me to court and charge me $342 dollars for breaking my contract. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pest control company. Please save your time, money, and energy and choose someone else.

We bought a new home and were told that a pest control company was coming to do a termite treatment. When SSI Pest Arrest showed up, our oldest child was home and let them in. The woman who came just started spraying our home with a treatment we NEVER asked for or wanted. Then, when we got home, they had the audacity to charge us a $125 fee. As she was leaving, she said it would be another $75 to lay traps for termites. When we called to ask about the unwanted treatment, the response was, "I'm sorry for the miscommunication." The entitled attitude of this company is outrageous and unprofessional. Find another company.

I waited until this morning to see if the company was actually going to call me back. Unfortunately, they did not; yesterday while driving down Golden Isles Parkway, I was not only almost runoff the road by someone driving a SSI Pest Arrest vehicle, but he also cut me off causing me to slam on my brakes and almost hit him. The driver representing this company, then proceeded to flip me off and scream at me out of his window. I slowed down so that maybe I could put some distance between myself and whatever imbecile was driving the vehicle, and I observed him not only cutting others off, but almost hitting two other people. I called the business instead of the police thinking that they would have the decency to call me back and they didn’t. Watch where you’re driving folks because obviously this company doesn’t care if their employees are driving recklessly and endangering the lives of others. This kind of behavior is not only irresponsible but unacceptable and for the company to brush it off is totally unfathomable to me. Won’t be taking my business to them and will be telling everyone else I know not to take theirs there either because they could be next.

Absolutely horrible service. I am only leaving one star because zero is not an option. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
