Poor communication. After calling for an appointment I was told somebody would call me back. Then a guy called me just to tell me somebody else would call me. The builder of my property chose Yates Astro to spray the wood for termites. A month after I moved in, 2 employees came out. They were trying to get us to sign up for a contract.
