We started with prevail in 2022 when we bought our house, the house was full of bugs. Within a few treatments everything was cleared up. A while later we had them set up the termite treatments, they have been great with maintaining them. The service techs are always kind, courteous, and on time. Prevail has always tried to help us with whatever comes our way. They have always been cost effective for us. They have been a blessing from the Lord for us. We thank them for everything they have done for us. We are also located in Jesup ga.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and had a great personality. He wasn’t scared to get on the floor and inspect problem areas. Cassandra Carmack and Cory Purvis recommended Joshua of Prevail Pest Control to me. Mr. Joshua did the service for me, and was professional and patient with my questions and conversation. I had never had a bug problem in the 5 years at living in our house. Joshua explained specifically how we could have developed an infestation without our knowledge, and that made me feel better internally. He described what processes he was using and was very thorough with the explanation. I waited a while before sending my very satisfactory response, to see how the pest control process worked initially. It has been just as was explained. The roaches are dying out and my kitchen is getting clear of the infestation. I will recommend Prevail to others who inquire.

That man comes in here and sees we're cleaning and lies about the conditions inside the unit to management. Then he tells us he uses watered down product that's only going to be active for three days. From now on if the apartment complex continues using this service, all appointments will be recorded. Y'all need to get it together and stop trying to screw good honest folk out of a place to live.

Never met a company that tells you when they can service you. Doesn’t want to work around someone schedule. It’s there way or no way.

I gave him the permission to remove a panel of siding if he needed to. I did NOT give him the permission to rip the panels in half. I’m in Ca now and this is my home in St Mary’s Georgia. My nephew maintains my yard. He was bitten about 50 times and is allergic to them. He quoted me a $250 fee to perform. He called me after the job and said he would send out the invoice. I was at work in California working what ended up being a 14 hour day as a Nurse. He then sent a text later saying that he normally got paid at the time of the job and I hadn’t paid yet. I informed him I was working and don’t bring credit cards to work and I’d pay him when I got home, which I did. Then my nephew sent me this photo……

I hired them to install a system and remove debris from under a home in Darien, GA. They performed a great service and I am 100% happy with that. I was not impressed with being hassled by text for three days to immediately pay my bill. Most places are net 10-15 days so I have the ability to pay the bill at my convenience.
